Excellent customer service, very good build quality and always good to be able to speak to a real person at the other end of a phone call / email thread who not only remembers you by name. Had a minor issue with my build which was very quickly resolved. I’d highly recommend Gladiator to both new and experienced PC gaming enthusiasts.

This is my second experience with a custom built Gladiator UK PC.

My first experience, about 5 years ago, was perfect. I had no problems with it at any time. The reason for my second build was to keep up with developments as best I can afford, not because there was anything wrong with the first build, merely that with the technological advances in the industry it had simply, and obviously, become out of date.

My experience with this second build, received a couple of weeks ago now, has been the same. Perfect.

I know enough about PC hardware to know what kind/type of components I want to be included and I found the Gladiator custom build facility on their website to be extremely easy to use.

I had some queries about upgrading a few specific components and their compatibility and everything was handled impeccably by Daniel in the sales department, with reference to the Gladiator engineers. He was totally customer-centric in his outlook and extremely alert and helpful in everything he recommended and did for me. At every point, I was advised what would and would not work and offered alternatives which would be fully compatible with both my budget and all that I needed the PC to be able to do.

In the end every requirement was accommodated and my build fully optimised in order to meet both my requirements and my budget. I feel absolutely confident that I got the maximum bang for my...well, in this case...pound.

Once the order had been submitted, during the actual building process I was kept fully up to date by email at each stage in terms of what was being done and what stage things were at. That makes it sound like the building phase took a while, but in fact it was only a week before the build was complete and ready to ship.

So the build was completed within estimated deadline, securely shipped, delivered on time and I was again, one of Gladiator UK's strengths, kept informed of delivery date and arrangements.

Upon receipt, all I had to do was unpack the PC, attach my monitor and plug the PC in. From the very first boot it has worked perfectly.

I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. As a customer I feel I was at all times advised and supported perfectly in helping me achieve my full expectations. Above all, Daniel and his colleagues all helped to make sure that my essentially layman's requirements were professionally interpreted and executed to provide an optimally working build. Based on my previous experience, I can now feel as confident as one can that this will last me for the foreseeable future while I save up for my next Gladiator PC.

In my experience (twice) and opinion, anyone looking to purchase a custom built PC need look no further than Gladiator UK in placing their business.

Had a custom built rig with this company. Can't say i have any complaints at all. The build was top notch as the first thing i did was open the case up and inspect everything.
Had a change of heart on the processor and i emailed the team to change it out. It was sorted easily.
In the future, when i need a new system, i'll be giving Gladiator a look first.

I was able to order a machine with the exact specifications that I wanted at a great price. I received regular updates as it was being built and the end result is beautiful, cleanly put together and performs exactly as I'd hoped it would.

I bought a custom pc build and received it within 3 weeks. Well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. Inside was neat wiring and part installation. Even some extra parts were included in a separate box. Everything was set up and ready to go. Would definitely recommend.

PC delivered quickly and exactly as described. It's working fine and it's all good.

I couldn't be more pleased with them particularly as there are some right cowboys out there doing IT.

Also what I wanted was bit complicated since I'm a long time LINUX user and not interested in using Windows.

I was also a bit concerned about how well LINUX would run on the RYZEN chip since there were known issues with it, so I asked them to install UBUNTU 23.1 which I knew would run; as a backstop whilst I sorted the system out to my liking.

I've since installed MINT, (EDGE,) and whole system is now running like dream and in terms of service, price and quality, I couldn't have asked fora better or for a more helpful, supportive and professional team; thank you.

Very pleased with my Gladiator PC. I have bought several computers from them over the years.
None have failed to disappoint. It takes a while to receive the computer but at least it is built to your specifications. Much better than buying off the shelf locally.

Gladiator offer excellent quality components at great prices and then put them together to produce a fantastic PC.
The team were so professional, discussing how best to set up my PC, and it was packaged very well and delivered on time.
I would highly recommend Gladiator to anyone looking for a PC.

Ordered a next day gaming PC, and got exactly what I asked for. Build quality was excellent, had no problems with it since I got it.

I recently purchased a bespoke computer from Gladiator PC. It arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering it on line. Everything was installed as requested and the system has been nothing short of brilliant since I set it up. Absolutely delighted with the product and the service. Highly recommended.

Purchasing a PC from Gladiator was a pleasant experience for me. It did arrive in the timeframe stated however I wasn't updated on what stages my PC build was in as stated, I had to reach out to customer service to receive that information but doing so was quick and easy. I had an issue That the delivery driver dropped off the wrong parcel instead of my PC (which isn't Gladiators fault) but contacting Gladiator straight away the issue was resolved in half an hour and I had my new PC up and running.

One slight negative is the lack of an exhaust fan at the back of the PC only 3 intake fans at the front and then the radiator at the top, The PC doesn't need it but for the money I spent it would of been nice and it would have gave the PC a more premium look and feel to it.
