GlamCorner have the most amazing service and communication. I’ve been hiring dresses for events form their site for a good 8 years. Dresses arrive early mostly and in good condition. Prices are fair and comparable to the age of the dresses. Website is so easy to use. Honestly cannot fault this site in the site in all the years I’ve been using it. Also LOVE the $15 back up dress! Saved me a few times.

Love the $15 back up dress option. I ended up wearing the Karla Sequin Gown to an industry gala event. The dress fitted perfectly (a bit long but fashion tape did the trick) and made me feel like a million dollars with lots of compliments!

I loved wearing my gorgeous Ginger and Smart Pink dress, which I hired for a wedding. The option to have a $15 backup dress was fantastic, and I ended up wearing the backup one. Thank you!

I had a bad experience with the dress that I rented however they provided a credit to smooth it over. Email communication could be improved as I had many bounce back emails to the contact email address. Otherwise like the service

I’ve been a long time GlamCorner member and I absolutely love it. Great quality clothing - I always have something fun and new to wear. The customer service team is exceptional. I recommend GC to everyone!

The only reason I’ve dropped a star is because the new reviews via reviews.io are harder to navigate (both to add and to see others’ reviews). It’s not nearly as helpful or user friendly than the native reviews on the platform used to be.

That being said, I still highly recommend it!

The dress I originally ordered was too small. Fortunately I had received it in plenty of time, so I returned and sent through another option. The back up option was sent and received for my event. Very happy with the experience.

Ordered a dress to wear for a friend’s wedding and it was great! It arrived ahead of time. I was a bit worried about renting something that didn’t fit, so I got the same dress in two different sizes using the back up option. Worked a treat!

The dress was delivered so quickly and in immaculate condition. I had so many compliments, what a beautiful dress and service!!!!

Glam corner is now a subtle scam service! Don’t use!
Dresses ordered on 7th, arrived on 17th (super late) in a ratty bag all crinkled up.
One dress was missing a part and unwearable, other two were old and worn out.
Return postage label was written out to be returned to me instead of them so unusable.
When I complained via email for a refund and new postage label, as they are no longer able to be called via phone, I have been completely ignored.
This website is a scam. Be very careful. If you have been scammed, report it to your bank and ACCC.

GlamCorner is one of the most convenient and easy to use service that attracts positive attention everytime I’ve used the service.
The outfits are always an amazing fit and always in pristine condition.
No request is ever any trouble for the team at GlamCorner and I’ve noticed over the years how their range is expanding giving us the customer more choice. I already have my next outfit picked out!
Everytime I’ve hired an outfit I am always receiving such lovely compliments from people.

Customer service is terrible. Not using again. I was super excited about dress hire to be more sustainable but turned out so disappointing. I was contacted initially to say my dress hire was not good enough to be worn - which fair enough I can appreciate. But it’s now taken 3 months and they haven’t refunded me. I have had to dispute it through PayPal as Glam Corner have provided vague and unhelpful responses on email and no refund themselves. Glam Corner also asked me to provide a bunch of personal info including drivers licence and bank account numbers which I felt really uncomfortable about and did not progress my refund. Do yourself a favour and go through a different dress rental company to save the stress.

I've been using GlamCorner membership for several years now. Overall I love the concept and really love changing up my wardrobe weekly. I have a legacy membership so it's definitely value for money but I'm not sure the newer cost of subscriptions provide the same value - a few of my friends/ work colleagues have looked into this and decided not to proceed. Most of the dresses are in good condition however occasionally there might be a minor issue. I highly recommend investing in a good steamer as most of the items need to be steamed before wear. Service is mixed - I've found it hard to get in contact with the team at times, but once I do they are usually very helpful. More recently I've noticed it's taking longer for the orders to be dispatched which I hope they resolve soon.

I normally do not write reviews but the level of service I have received from Glam Corner was non-existent.
I received an email a few days out from my event saying the dress I ordered was no longer available. I picked another dress and did not hear back from them. I did not receive the dress or any responses to the 5 emails I sent and only received an email the next day after the event saying I could receive a refund. I still haven't received the refund.

Used this service many years ago with good result.

But, I really wish I had of found this site prior to using GlamCorner recently- I would have gone elsewhere.

I ordered a dress and a back up dress for a ball a few days ago.

My order came a day late. One of the two dresses was totally useless- I couldn’t even try it on. The lining was all tangled up inside and I couldn’t untangle it despite spending an hour trying to do so. I picked that particular dress for the event and was so disappointed. Waste of money ordering a second dress that I couldn’t even try on, and so much for a 4 night rental when it was late.

When I tried to follow up the status of my order when order date passed.. there was non existent customer service. I sent an online enquiry with request for help, no response. I tried to use the chat bot- useless. I finally found a phone number for the ‘happiness team’ and no pick up- had to leave a message. Which I did, for urgent help, and… no response. (At a certain point, I was getting concerned I’d been scammed)..

This service isn’t cheap. I chose it, because I thought it would save me stress, time and trips out with my multiple small children to try and buy/rent dresses.

Instead, I experienced more stress and inconvenience.

Not worth the money and stress. Go elsewhere!!

I am a legacy monthly member of Glamcorner and have been for many years. Today I have once again had to contact GC as I placed an order a week ago.... and still have not even recieved a dispatch notification. I needed these items for this weekend - this is really really poor form on the part of GC as it leaves people without options. These sort of delays are happening more and more often. Items are also very frequently not available even though you chose them on the app and place an order - you very often get an email to say item is not longer available and to choose other replacement styles. This once again causes even more delays with the ordering and delivery process. Hardly any new items are ever added to the membership pool....all designer items(few that there are) are old and have been worn for years - I know this as I have been a member of GC for many years.... the same items are being recycled over and over again regardless of being worn out and often not even good enough to wear. All reviews on membership items on the site are on average 3-4 years old....as that's how long most of these items have been in circulation. No proper designer items such as Camilla have been added to the membership pool in years and even the old items are frequently removed from the pool and sold on ebay by Glamcorner without replacing it with any new items. It is almost like GC does not have any interest in the original members that helped GC get to where it is now. It seems as if it is a conscience effort to try and phase out the original membership plans....sad state of things. The service of GC has declined progressively in the past 18 months, as have the variety & quality of clothes. I loved the concept of sustainable fashion and have been a member of Glamcorner for many many years. Unfortunately though - now it just not worth it by any standards. I am not sure what is happening with the company - but there has been a major negative shift in how this company operates. Another long time member who has no choice but to leave.

Have used GlamCorner for four years, hiring 4 dresses every December end of work year event, so I have a choice depending on weather, event theme, etc. Noticed a decline in brands and dresses, but still booked my usual 4 dresses. Then after booking and payment, received an email saying GlamCorner would required further verification, given I was doing a "high value" order and would be sent a text message to verify. Never came, but I questioned this anyway and set a response back to Glam Corner, as I read the T&Cs and saw nothing about this, and also questioned why this wouldn't be a part of the checkout process. A phone call to them resulted in leaving a message, so just decided to cancel. Same name, but not the same company. Long term customer now leaving.
