Glam Lenses Avis 

I got a refund from my bank as the products never reached my address. Still- I'd be very pre-caustioned about using Glam Lenses services.

Buyers Be Aware: this company doesn't do customer services. Ordered two of Acuvue Trueyes 90 lenses 1.5 weeks ago, kept emailing about the delivery information but just today received a cancellation email stating that they cannot complete the order due to insufficient stock level. A lot of their items appear to be very cheap but they are not obviously available for sale. Just pay a tenner more and get your order delivered!

First class supplier, easy ordering and super fast delivery - would recommend to anyone.

Oh my god. I met the same situation of order cancellation. I placed the order online yesterday and got the cancellation emails next day and said to have refund to me (but I haven’t yet received it) I wonder this bad shop is to capture the customer details and worst of all to get the debit card details…

Ordered on the Sunday with confirmation the lenses were in stock. Website claims free next day delivery when you spend over £59 but no sign of that so you end up agreeing to 3-5day free delivery. On the 5th day they have now cancelled the order! Useless

Unfortunately ordering from Glam Lenses, despite their very cheap prices, is pretty much a waste of time. I placed two orders and both were refunded without explanation, despite their website stating the lenses were in stock. I also tried various telephone numbers, but they all either didn't work or were wrong. I've also sent emails and received only one reply.

I definitely will not order from Glam Lenses in the future and do not recommend them - Customer Service is awful.

I ordered my contact lenses as they were an excellent price. 2 days later my order was cancelled (apparently by me!) and a refund issued with no explanation. Company didnt respond to my email

Well to start off with didn’t want to give any stars but couldn’t write a review then.
Ordered lens from Glam lens on the 18th May, nearly 2 months ago and still not received them. I have emailed the company about 20 times and not even a response or explanation where they are too. First email said they were dispatched then another came through to say order will take 6 days as they weren’t in stock. Still no lens. Can’t contact them via phone as it’s out of order, tried their chat line number ours time, states they will get back to you but never do. I’m wondering after reading these appalling reviews on here about the company if it is a SCAM, so people I advise you not to go anywhere near this company as you will end up in the same boat as me, money thrown away.

Order was a little delayed and got lost. However I emailed them, and in return they sent me a gift card as a gesture of goodwill and sent out another order to make sure I receive it and got back in touch via email.

They also have a wide range of lenses to choose from, which are comfortable and inexpensive. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered contact lenses from Glam Lenses back in August this year. After waiting 4 weeks, still had not arrived. I requested to cancel the order, they cancelled but I have NEVER received a refund!! I am now having to try and get the money back via my bank, still waiting. BEWARE.... If you purchase from this company only use a credit card or paypal as you will otherwise potentially lose out.

Unbelievable and shocking that glam lense replied back to my review saying they will refund. I still didn't recieve my money after all this month!

A lot through email and no respond we are now in October and has been over a month! Scams this site is!!!! I want my money back for a purchase I never got and I am not now interested in these products will never ever make a mistake to order from here first and last time

First of all my order has not been dispatched for 3 weeks. Emailed Glam Lenses team to know when I should expect it. They have acknowledged that they are having some troubles dispatching orders and that I will be refunded within a week. Again 3 weeks passed and there is no refund.Emailed Glam Lenses team 3 times, no reply! This is not acceptable!

Useless! Don’t buy anything from these people! Ordered lenses a couple of weeks ago and they still haven’t been dispatched! I’ve emailed them multiple times and messaged them on Instagram and have had no reply!

Order was a little bit delayed but I contacted them via Instagram and they responded quickly. They refunded my delivery charge and sent it via first class. Happy with the customer service! Love my lenses they look fab!

Ordered 3 contact lenses from them and paid extra for postage so I can receive it within 1-3 business days. It was supposed to be here yesterday, emailed them twice, got no contacts and no email response. This was the first time I’ve ordered from them and will certainly be the last, absolutely furious!

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Order was late which they justified by saying due to covid, fair enough. But I wanted to change the colour of my lenses as I ordered one colour yet when they sent me confirmation email it mentioned another colour which was confusing. I emailed them and I have emails from glam lenses and atabassum confirming this would be changed for me. Yet when I received my order it was still the wrong colour. Will not be ordering again, should have read the reviews first!
