The price is affordable, the product looks exactly like on the picture, and I got my order on time. I would 100% recommend Glamourtress to anyone.

Will not be ordering again. Wig is not full like the picture. Wig was extremely thin. I don't recommend anyone to shop from this site. Shipping is also outrageous.

Regular ShippIng is expensive but the quality of the product is the same as other places I've purchased from . The product was as describe and was in perfect condition when I received it.

I've ordered from here several times. My orders are always correct and they arrive on time and sometimes early. They products are very well described. This is a great site to use. Not sure how customer service is because I've never had a problem!!

I bought a wig and received the wrong length. I called customer service, I was told that they will not accept a return but will either mail me the correct length of give me credit for another purchase. The representative told me that the supervisor was at lunch and they would get back to me. Two weeks later, no one got to me. I called again, email and nothing happened. At their convenient, I was email back to contact the manufacturer. Why the inconsistency between what your representatives tell customers. More training need to be done. I am very disappointed.

The wig was demoed on UTube which prompted the purchase. Very disappointed. It was flat and had no curls right out the pack. It was not as pictured. Total waste of money. Would not recommend
