They were ready when I walked in The waiting room was clean and neat. It had a large TV and a small coffee station. I was in and out in just about an hour, as promised.

Mike was very friendly professional and kept us informed the whole time. He cleaned up the glass in the car by vacuuming. That was above and beyond in my book.

They never advised of cancellation of my first appointment, which is rude. Then they directed installer to another part of town when I believe I was approximately 6 minutes away from Elma location.

I actually felt bad for Nick. He went right to work and didn’t even miss a beat.

Even after rescheduling the service and expert was great, only downside it seems the window still doesn’t go all the way down and there may be glass still inside the door?
