As a complete beginner to Glenigan, I was initially unsure about all the different sections and information available, but Tiffany broke everything down brilliantly and explained everything in a really clear and easy-to-understand way.

Shortage of up to date information , I looked at 6 projects from my tender log for an update , in all 6 I knew more about the projects than Glenigan , the service is poor , they churn out project that lack information.
If you are unhappy with the service you cannot cancel your subscription , and receive the usual AI response , which is exactly what will happen with this review.

Another great training session with Hasti. She has helped me build my searches and given assistance on finding relevant information on target projects.

Dawn made the onboarding process easy and enjoyable. No questions felt silly or like too much to ask.

Product is flexible with a great depth. Great tool for us which we have simply not utlised properly until now. With Emma's help from Hubexo we should be able to maximise value for ourselves. Emma knows her product really well, helpful, happy, patient, has the answer to pretty much everything. Service is really great, needed some help quickly and Emma responded promptly.

Unreasonable cancellation policy

We were loyal Glenigan customers for two years, but unfortunately, we have experienced the same recurring problems throughout that time. We have screenshots showing that emails were not being delivered, yet this issue has still not been properly acknowledged or resolved.
Because of this reason we asked to cancel our subscription and stop further Direct Debit payments, but Glenigan refused, citing their “policy.” After two years as loyal customers, we expected a more reasonable and understanding response.

In our opinion, a company that genuinely believes in the value of its service should not need to rely on rigid policies to keep an unhappy customer paying. We expected better communication, transparency, and customer care. Instead, we have been left frustrated and paying for a service we no longer want.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend Glenigan. Before signing up, read the cancellation terms very carefully and keep records of all correspondence.
