Glenigan | A Hubexo Product Avis 

I signed up to Glenigan for a year and when the contract ended they tried to force me to stay on for another year without my agreement. On top of that, the service they promised was never properly delivered – it did not match what was sold to me.

Very disappointed with how this company operates. Be careful before signing anything with them. It is a scam don’t sign up

Clear and concise training given by Dawn. New to the Glennigan's system and already feel more knowledgeable and at ease to use the system going forward.

Greig was extremely thorough in explaining all the tools this platform offers. I will be using it now with confidence.

The platform bypasses a lot of fluff to speak with decision makers - Chantal was extremely helpful and gave a detailed breakdown on how to navigate the system

Just had a navigation training session with Tiffany one of the Glenigan account managers. She took me through process of using filters showing me that you can Choose your geography, sectors, time range, materials, dimensions etc. Also explaining that you can save your choices so that when you revisit searches your information regarding what you are specifically looking for will be saved on the system. Very useful, I would highly recommend Tiffany as she explained everything clearly regarding the Glenigan site and how to make the best use of your searches and available tools and processes to do this.

I signed up to Glenigans as a returning client, sadly my experience this time was not great. The database is OK, many email addresses bounce and it’s common that phone numbers are just landlines, but it is good for tracking projects. Be aware that, they have a STRICT and HIDDEN AUTO-RENEW wording within their contract. So if you don’t give them notice 90 days prior, they will throw legal threats at you! We didn’t want to renew, as we did not see the value in the platform, but were forced into this due to the contract they hide behind, no matter what! Our account manager Natalie could not do anything, neither did she tell us about this clause hidden in their T&Cs and the platform does not remind you either, so it’s all designed to make sure you trip up!
