My church orders flowers for the ladies for Mother's Day every year and the flowers are always delivered on-time and in great condition. The women love them!

Cancelled half of my order the day before it was supposed to ship, and then when I got the half it was entirely wrong. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything.

They arrived on time and looked amazing! I did all my own wedding flowers, but with GlobalRose's beautiful quality, you couldn't even tell—everything looked professionally arranged. So thrilled with the result!

My event was last night. The roses were beautiful. A few did have brown petals, but it only took me a few minutes to remove them.

Do not order from this company. The flowers are shipped from Colombia with no water source or even a damp towel to keep them fresh. Mine arrived three days late and were completely dry and withered since it had been a full week with no water after being shipped.
I requested a refund and was denied. Their website says to order flowers 2–3 days before your event in case of delays — which I did — and they still didn’t arrive on time. When I contacted the company, they told me I should have reached out the same day they weren’t delivered, but nowhere on their website does it state a 24-hour window to report issues. It only instructs customers to order early.
The site is misleading, and the seller refuses to take responsibility for issues caused on their end. Save yourself the stress and go with a local florist instead.

The callas were short lived this time, I started noticing browning within 3 days. In the past they have lasted closer to 6-7 days before starting to show wilting and browning.
Fortunately, the customer service department was helpful and reasonably resolved the issue.

I hadn’t realized I needed to sign for them. I was on my way out to an appointment and just like that my FedEx delivery guy showed up in the nick of time. So they waited on the cool enclosed patio for me until I returned home to get to them.
Luckily it was cold and raining all day today. I started to open them up and get to my arrangement when I noticed they were a little thirsty but in all they held up pretty well considering they came all the way from Colombia. That was a plus for me.
By the time I got them without any leaves attached which took a couple of hours going thru 100 roses. It was definitely worth it. Theyre beautiful. Roses are my favorite flower.
I do have a love for several other kinds of flowers and when I’m ready to place those orders, I can’t wait to order them through Global Rose. I’m hoping they’ll be just as gorgeous as these are. I absolutely love fresh flowers.
The pricing is great. Too many florists over charge, you don’t get a whole lot of places that put together beautiful arrangements. And more than that I hate baby’s breath with my roses. Every florist seems to use them. Yuck!

After placing my order, I received an email that my oder will be delayed by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted the customer service representative (Joan Taborda) online and asked if they could still deliver it ontime, as it was my mother's 65th birthday that day. Joan was very accommodating and said they will ensure the flowers arrive on time. The flowers indeed came on time and were beautiful. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for product.

The roses didn’t come with the paper I selected on the site when ordering. In fact, it didn’t come with any paper at all. Also the prep work involved into making the flowers presentable is cumbersome. I would’ve hoped to have it arrive more put together.

I ordered sunflowers, white roses, and eucalyptus for the main flowers in my wedding bouquets. First, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and arrived on time. The sunflowers did arrive 4 days too early, but I was lucky to have a 2nd refrigerator in my garage, so I could keep them cold, well hydrated, and fed. I took them out the Thursday before our Saturday wedding, and they were great! I did reach out multiple times to GR, and they were always very responsive and helpful telling me how to care for them. One thing I would tell you is you must have room to store your flowers in refrigeration without any fruits and veggies in case of any emergencies. I still have beautiful bouquets of flowers at my house, and it's day 4 post wedding! I would order from them again for any kind of big event!

I ordered flowers for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful but I received the wrong color of one type of flower I ordered and did not receive all of the flowers of another flower bundle I ordered. I ordered sunflowers and when they arrived the heads of some of them had fallen off during shipping so I was unable to use them

I ordered 10 hydrangeas for a home arrangement feeling hopeful that they would live longer as they were supposed to be delivered directly from the supplier. The box arrived very damaged and 4 of the flowers were dead within 3 days. For over $100 I would have expected more. I will not be ordering from Global Rose again.
