WORST AND RIP OFF WEBSITE. THEIR ITEMS ARE CRAP AND CHEAP. IT COMES ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I saw an advert for an automatic pasta machine. I put the item in the basket but didn't buy then I got an email with a discount so then I bought the item. After chasing for weeks it came but not what I ordered instead it was a plastic manual noodle maker, when I questioned it they said the supplier ran out. Was told to send back at my own cost or keep with a reduced refund. Now they don't respond.

Ordered a small replacement spare part 4 months ago, Still no delivery. Website promises query response within 24 hours, but I have had no reply after many requests. It looks like this is a scam company that steals people’s money. Do not use this company.

Poor cheap material! Overpriced....I expected a leisure suit made from jersey, like tracksuit material. Instead I received flimsy cheap shiny nylon leisure suit...£38 down the drain

Saw advert on facebook for kids toy car for $25 which was too good to be true but instead received cheapest worthless sunglasses tried contacting but to no avail. These companies and facebook are totally involved in this scam. So next time you find advert on facebook dont buy. They change name every few months total scam

Wish i had read the reviews before buying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a watch 6 weeks ago and still not received it. Ive asked for my money back and keep getting fobbed off about it being lost with Royal Mail...What a joke this company is!!

I ordered a portable washing machine from global discount store. .received email from paypay but no notification from seller. have now lodged a claim with paypay. sent 6 emails to the address on paypal payment but no response. email bounced back last two I sent. $5.99 for postage.. guess I should have twigged.. my bad. thing is I really needed the machine for my upcoming trip!!!wont get caught again

My fiance ordered 2 items from this site for my engagement present! Unfortunately he had to tell me what the presents were because they hadn't arrived and now we want our money back. The suprise is completely ruined and now looks like we won't be getting a refund either. Money grabbing scum!

I certainly wished I had reviewed this company before giving them £100 of my money!! They took money from my account the day the goods were ordered, 21st April, promised delivery within 10 - 14 days. Needless to say after sending many emails and getting many back with different reasons as to why I hadn't yet received my order, I still haven't got it!! Emailed again today asking for my money back and still waiting for a reply. I'd like to think my parcel would miraculously turn up or my money will be returned but somehow I don't think either will happen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do NOT buy from this company, they are rubbish as are their products. Ordered a neck massager from them, when it arrived the box was battered, the instructions were in Chinese as were the operating buttons. When I complained, Jessica asked me to send her a video so they could help me. Absolute rubbish and it was not worth the cost of sending it back. It is now in the bin. There is a huge misrepresentation of their products and they are selling cheap imports from China and Asia. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Wish I could have given them a zero star!

I ordered a matt black motorbike helmet in large with a black visor, inserts and bluetooth.
It has just been delivered. It is an extra large, mirrored visor, no inserts and no bluetooth.
I have emailed them but I cannot find a contact number for them anywhere.

Ordered item a month ago as a birthday gift and still not recieved.disgusting service and i wont order from them again

The ONLY reason I gave GDS a one-star rating was because I couldn’t figure out how to give anything lower! Normally I research a seller before making a purchase. I didn’t this time because of time constraints (COVID-19). Bad mistake on my part! Won’t happen again. Here’s my tale of woe….

1. Online order for 4299-GDS was placed on 4-24-2020, in response to advertised online notification that if ordered within 3-hours, item would be delivered by 4-29-2020. (Charges of $64.15 were posted to my credit card account on 4-24-2020)
2. Began to realize that the ordered item might not be delivered as promised before we leave Florida for NY, on 5-2-2020. I emailed the GDS support center on 4-28-2020 to request they change the shipping address to our permanent address in New York. There was no response to this email.
3. My next email to the GDS support center was on 4-30-2020, in which I stated if I did not receive a satisfactory response from them to my previous email by 5-4-2020, I would contact my credit card company to dispute the $64.15 charge.
4. I received a response from GDS on 5-2-2020 informing me the “order is now being processed and as soon as it ships, we will send you the tracking information”.
5. On 5-8-2020 I received my first email tracking notification. The item I ordered was being mailed from Baiyun, Guangzhou, China. This was also my first indication the item I ordered was being shipped from China, and could not possibly be delivered in the timeframe advertised online.
6. The final tracking report stated the item was delivered in FL on 5-21-2020. No actual delivery address was posted.
7. When no further response from GDS was received and there was no practical way of communicating with GDS (which is probably located in China) other than by email, I disputed the charge with my credit card company on 6-1-2020.
8. On 6-14-2020 I contacted my credit card company to remove the disputed charge since the item was located at our old Florida address. The item was never forwarded by the USPS, as it should have been done since forwarding information was provided and a forwarding confirmation notification was received from the USPS.
9. The item is much smaller than expected. Hope it works as advertised.

I will never again do business with Global Deal Supply. Unfortunately, I’m forced to do business with the USPS. A pox on both their houses.

Do not order from this place unless you just want to give your money away.Never got my order,won't give money back,won't answer emails.Complete RIP off.

Poor poor poor avoid avoid avoid. Still waiting for delivery weeks after. They keep saying sorry it’s been delayed. Before I ordered I asked about delivery and was told 19-14 days definite. The second my order was placed I got email saying it would be delayed. Every time I email them now they say 14 days more. Absolutely avoid this company

Sent in an order based on the item being in stock and the estimated delivery time as I needed the item for an event. I received confirmation right away but when I checked the tracking on my order I continually got a message saying that the USPS in California was waiting for a "partner" transport to drop it off for delivery. After missing the delivery date by two weeks, I emailed customer service and never got a reply. After a month, I searched until I finally found a phone number. When I called, the number had been disconnected.
I had given up and figure I was just out the cost of my order ($80) when the item finally showed up a month and a half later. The box the item (an infrared thermometer) was in was torn and damaged but even worse, when I got the thermometer out, it appeared very much to be used. No point sending it back when I read the return policy and finally located the origin of shipping ~ China, of course!
I would never had taken the chance to begin with if they hadn't said the item was in stock and would have a two week shipping/delivery time. Their advertising is false and they are phantom company. Stay away from them!

I have given 2 stars as Jessica at PR Global was prompt as replying to emails, but I would definitely not advising purchasing from PR Global EVER. I Purchased a smartwatch from PR Global, it eventually arrived with free gift! Watch battery life advertised as lasting 7 DAYS, it just about lasted 3.5 HOURS. I returned it, by tracked post, to the address on the envelope it arrived in. PR Global have now said that is NOT their returns address, they have not received the goods, therefore are not making a refund.

Don't buy from this people they take your money and won't deliver, bad business won't reply to emails ether
