Ordered a Fitbit 3 weeks ago received it this morning even got a free gift thankyou very much no problems with this company got back to me straight away they even sent a tracking number for the Royal Mail so I could check where it was.Got the Fitbit working so pleased with it would definitely use PR Global again

I have to put one star down worst company ever ripped off they took mine money quickly but have not send me mine package these people are snakes they have not send me no tracking number or got in touch with me I wrote send so many emails there no number to call them I will never be trust worthy again I hope the BBB can go after them march 10 is when I did mine order I haven't heard anything on it please stay away from that website bunch them crooks

I have seen some very negative reviews on here, but I have had a very good service from them. I ordered an Oximeter from them recently. There seemed to be a delay in receiving it, which I did wonder if it was due to the COVID situation. I emailed them and they quickly got back to me saying that it appears it was held up at the Post Office, but they would contact them. I then received a note from the PO saying that there an amount to be paid for customs before the parcel could be delivered! I immediately contacted PR global and said I wasn’t prepared to pay customs! They said that I shouldn’t have to and they would deal with it. The oximeter was delivered soon after! Apart for the delay in receiving it, it was an excellent service from PR Global!

I am updating the below review to say that I am being issued a refund by PR Global for the hair dryer that wouldn't work. Shame as I did want the hairdryer, I just wanted one that worked. But they are issuing a full refund so I am happy with that outcome, and have increase my score to 3 stars. I wish I had checked on here first! I ordered a hair dryer from this company. It arrived in a battered box with a 2 pin plug, I am in the UK. I plugged in an adaptor and it worked for a second and stopped. I bought another adaptor and tried again and it worked initially for 10 seconds, but then stopped again. I think it is blowing the fuse. Also the turn control at the bottom doesn't seem right as it doesnt line up. You cant call this company there is no number and when you email they take ages to respond. I did get an email asking me to send a video of the hair dryer not working!!!! I am still trying to contact this lousy company, I will keep you posted but at the moment I would say DONT ORDER FROM THEM. if I get a good response I will update this review. Paula West Midlands

I ordered from them and they took my money, but never delivered any package. I wonder if they are an actual company or just thieves with a computer!

Its a pity that we have to even give this company a star, they are a disgrace, why are they not investigated as down right robbers.
Trading standards look no further than these scammers.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a digital therometer, they promised to ship next day, it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order and I cannot get them to respond to my emails through customer service.

1 star is way too much! Do not order from this company. Ordered digital thermometer on April 5. Still have heard nothing from them---no thermometer, no answers to emails!

Like many others posting here, a 1-star rating appears to be far too generous for GLOBAL DEAL SUPPLY (a.k.a. SUNLIGHT ENTERPRISES, LLC). On April 5, I ordered a $70 digital contactless thermometer. As this was a high-demand item during the COVID19 pandemic, I understood and accepted the possibility of fulfillment and shipping delays. 2 days later, I was notified of the anticipated delay, with shipping pegged at sometime within the "next 10 days". 4 days later I receive the shipping notification. As of today, no product and no updates to the USPS shipping/delivery tracking information. An email I sent seeking a order status update on April 16 has so far gone unanswered. Today I sent another email giving them 48 hours to reply/resolve the order. I have also opened a PayPal complaint in advance of a refund. The BBB has not accredited this business and rates them as an "F". I only wish I'd done a bit more research, but this was truly an impulse buy when my current digital thermometer stopped working. I hope my suspicion is misplaced, but I already don't have a good feeling about this.

If I could give zero stars I would triple that!! During this pandemic, we are older adults and I am sick with a respiratory illness, when my thermometer actually died! I/we NEED a thermometer and they cannot be found ANYWHERE! So when we found and bought this we were so relieved. Ships in 24 hrs! That was April 5th, its now the ninth and have heard nothing! NOT!! We never got email confirmations, and there is no legit way to contact them! BBB won't even accreditate them and I discovered today that they gave them a F score! Oh dear! I need a thermometer! Covid 19 LOVES older people, especially if ill! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS F**CKING SCAMMER! NO CONCIOUS! NO HEART! GREEDY LOSERS! Would they feel victorious if they or someone they love were in this situation? Maybe that's the only way people/companies(so called)and scammers will get it! FU!

Terrible company! Have no integrity, don't care about their own employees or at the very least the interns that work within the company!

Ordered a RC car in early November. Recieved an embellished email congratulating me on the purchase and they are retrieving the item from their shelves to post within 14 days. On the 15th day they stated the item was out of stock and needed to source the item from their 'Global' warehouse aka China. From that point I decided I did not trust them or the quality of the product and tried to cancel. They refused stating the item was in transit. They then stopped communicating until I got PayPal involved. Within days the item arrived no box no instructions just the car in a polystyrene box. I returned the item and only got a refund when I contacted them to say Royal Mail had tried to return but they were not in. Do not buy from them awful company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a remote control car on Dec 1st for my little boy for Christmas. After waiting 3 weeks I emailed them, no reply from the company so emailed again 4 days later. I have received a reply with a tracking number, the remote control car has not left China. When I placed the order it stated that I would receive the car within 2-3 weeks. Poor customer service, only contactable via email and they don’t reply. Who knows when it will actually arrive, certainly not in time for Christmas 🎄.

I was quite worried about ordering off of this website after reading reviews. However I received my product yesterday within the 2-4 weeks that they said it would take and the quality is fab for the money I paid. My only issue was that it took them a while to respond to my emails when I was concerned about receiving it after reading reviews. However they emailed today to double check I had my item :-)

Terrible place to buy from, took 3 weeks to deliver item and when it finally turned up was not the item I brought asked for a refund but have had no reply since. Customer support is terrible and I would reccomend you save your money and buy somewhere else.
