Delighted to hear you had a great first date Erin and thank you for joining us at Swinley Forest, Bracknell. Jordan will be stoked for the shout out. Dress for the elements. Great tip regarding what not to wear. Comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting grubby is your best bet. Our woodchip landing sites play dirty! Hopefully, see you for another adventure soon.

I took my daughter for her 11th birthday for the tree top challenge. What a challenge it looked!! We were both very nervous & I said we’d need extra help & support. The staff were brilliant. Unfortunately we didn’t end up doing the challenge. We failed on the first stop sadly. My daughter was petrified & was crying. The staff were amazing & helped us backwards & down. And we were fully refunded. I will go back again definitely, but with my partner. Bracknell team are incredible

Thanks for choosing to celebrate with us in the Swinley Forest trees Sarah and for taking the time to share your experience. A value we stand by is encouraging everyone to live life adventurously. And, your daughter absolutely did that. She may not have continued but we absolutely applaud her for giving it a go. That's all we can ask. Hopefully, one day we can welcome you all back to take on our Treetop Challenge and complete it. Stoked to hear our team looked after you all. They're a good bunch!

Thank you to Jack for helping me up off my bum and to James and all the other incredibly friendly staff who made our time there, so enjoyable.

Great experience
Great experience for my little girl to climb up the trees safely. She enjoyed with her friends for a wonderful weekend and arranges to go again.

Our family of five visited Go Ape…
Our family of five visited Go Ape Bracknell and it was a brilliant experience for all. Our ages range from 49 down to 12 and everyone really enjoyed the afternoon. The staff were very helpful and kind and informative as well as being encouraging. Would highly recommend to all.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Their website was down. They asked to call in over email. By the time we reached the service centre 40 minutes later, every slot was gone. We had to take a location with 30 min extra driving. Adding insult to injury, their customer service agent Nick had no sympathy and charged us an extra booking fee, because we had to book over the phone.
