Checkout doesn't work on website and customer service is abysmal (no apology no response on follow up)

I tried to place an order recently and their website kept rejecting my valid credit cards -- I tried more than one. To make matters worse the site didn't even tell me what the problem was, it just kept refreshing the page, removing my card # and not allowing me to move forward with checkout beyond that section. I contacted customer service and all they said (without any "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, we value your business" or anything of the like), was "please try to place the order again." I had already tried 10x by that point, but I did as suggested to same result. I contacted them again to report the order still will not go through and asked if there was another way to place the order. It's been at least a week and still no response. I finally messaged them (Friday i think) to say It's obvious you don't need my business, I'll order elsewhere. Just a massive disappointment. I will not be back to try again in the future for the products i wanted this time or any in the future.

I ordered HP printer cartridge from…

I ordered HP printer cartridge from GoBizzy and I was sent a 15% off code being the first time customer. However when placing the order there was no where I could add the code so presumed it would be done automatically when the order was processed. It was not done so contacted Customer Service at Go Bizzy and they gave me a full credit for that order and recharged my credit card for the new amount. I received the cartridge and then realised that I had order the cartridge for another printer that I have and not the one I wanted. Contacted Customer Service again and they arranged for the pick up for this cartridge. I expected them to issue a credit for the recharged amount but when I did not see a credit for more than a week I contacted them and they kept of sending me the credit given for the first amount and not for the recharged amount. So now I have been charged for the cartridge which I have returned to GoBizzy and they are not refunding my money. I have sent them many e-mails and no response.

Just checked my credit card account and the credit has been issued. Thank you GoBizzy for issuing the credit. I appreciate it a lot.

Terrible service and representatives…

Terrible service and representatives were unhelpful. Made an order and there was a delivery attempt a few days later, but because I was not home they returned my order back to their warehouse. Online tracking says they made three attempts, but I only received one phone call during their first attempt. Item was not dropped off even though they could have just done that. No word on when deliveries will be made so it's impossible to know...are they expecting people to always be home all day everyday??? Anyways, I will never order from them again and do not recommend them at all.

No customer service

They never reply your email. Missing item and incorrect order receipt. Stay away from this company.

Not worth shopping there

Not worth shopping there. Clunky confusing system. Order cancelled without an email or reason. I only found out after order had not shipped and I checked my account. Luckily sale was still on, items were still available. Second order shipped without providing tracking # method info, and signature required...so a bit of a pain. Zero customer service. No way to contact anyone.

Ordered a few products when we opened…

Ordered a few products when we opened up our office.
Got 6 Rubbermaid recycling bins and waste baskets, as well as 100 cable ties from GoBizzy.
Delivery was pretty quick, was significantly cheaper than Amazon. Would definately recommend checking their website as part of your office supply network.
