Checkout doesn't work on website and customer service is abysmal (no apology no response on follow up)
I tried to place an order recently and their website kept rejecting my valid credit cards -- I tried more than one. To make matters worse the site didn't even tell me what the problem was, it just kept refreshing the page, removing my card # and not allowing me to move forward with checkout beyond that section. I contacted customer service and all they said (without any "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, we value your business" or anything of the like), was "please try to place the order again." I had already tried 10x by that point, but I did as suggested to same result. I contacted them again to report the order still will not go through and asked if there was another way to place the order. It's been at least a week and still no response. I finally messaged them (Friday i think) to say It's obvious you don't need my business, I'll order elsewhere. Just a massive disappointment. I will not be back to try again in the future for the products i wanted this time or any in the future.
