Celtic Lands Tour
Due to circumstances beyond Gohagen's control (change in ship; extreme heat in Paris) there were many changes made in the original itinerary. The Gohagen tour guides were all experienced and personable and made the most of the many changes in itinerary. Some we knew about ahead of time and others were short notice. The Paris pre-tour was not worth the cost as the itinerary did not include the major sites you would expect, eg. Notre Dame, Louve Museum. When I asked for Gohagn's assistance with a canceled museum tour, I was told there was nothing they could do. I felt they could have suggested getting a museum pass (realized in retrospect) or other options. Normandy was emotional and the tour guides plus David Eisenhower were knowledgeable and supplemented our understanding of what happened on D-Day. which would have allowed us to at least attempt to see more. The substitutions for the Ireland and Scotland sites were not always very inclusive of the local cultures (eg. seeing another garden). The ship and the ship staff were awesome.

Unfortunately, sometimes travel can be unpredictable. We do apologize for the unexpected changes to this program. While we know it is always disappointing when an excursion changes, we worked with the cruise line and our local partners to make the best of some unanticipated situations. We also offered you and your fellow passengers a travel credit to make amends for any disappointment. Celtic Lands '26
This was a great experience because of the planning and execution by the Gohagan staff. This was my first experience with them, so I don’t know how things worked before they got connected with Polar Latitudes Expeditions, but the combined knowledge, experience, accessibility, and friendliness was fantastic! The "last minute” reroute from Isle of Skye to Oban appeared to be flawless and was very much enjoyed. I hope that Gohagan will be able to work with them in the future. And also, many thanks to Brian and Jeanne for their work in setting up and leading this trip.

The group for the Celtic Lands trip…
The group for the Celtic Lands trip just blended easily. The cruise ship, staff were excellent. The Gohagan travel team, Emi, Arthur, Terri were great.

Cruising the Baltic Sea
We took your Cruising the Baltic Sea voyage on Atlas' World Voyager. The ship, its crew, and food/meals were fantastic! Port stops/paid land excursions provided a nice overview of the Baltic countries. However, we would like to have been provided with lists of other local places of interest for periods of free time. By the time we became aware of options, there was not enough "free time" to indulge.
As younger passengers without special needs, we found 3 of the 4 Gohagan Travel Reps on board unapproachably haughty and unhelpful. The fourth, who accompanied us on our post trip in Stockholm, was wonderful and earned a nice tip.

Caledonian Canal
The ship, Lord of the Glen, was spectacular. All the excursions were well done. Our tour directors were amazing, going above and beyond when a broken bridge altered our itinerary.

Blessed to be in Scotland!
Alan and Fiona were outstanding with our group. Together the two of them took great care to ensure everyone's enjoyment of the trip and our safety. I felt they really cared for each us on the trip. Alan was especially entertaining.
Additionally the crew aboard The Lord of The Glens ship were absolutely amazing. All amenities were handled flawlessly and each member of the crew I interacted with were very kind. I would like to especially mention Currien(bartender) and Sondra(hotel management), they were a joy to be around and were very much on top of it, professional but still a lot of fun.
Additional, I enjoyed our tour guides throughout the experience. Scotland is an amazing place, and I feel very blessed to have experienced it and blessed to have experienced it with Gohagan's people. Thank you.

Lovely & lively tour
I’m very happy with the tour design and customer care. The tour guides on our trip were exceptional— well-informed, gracious to all, and equipped to make decisions or revisions in the moment. I truly feel they took care of all of us & created harmony and good feeling amongst a diverse group of travelers.

Clean boat
Clean boat. Helpful staff and crew. Excellent and well informed excursion guides. Unique and useful destinations. Efficient communications. 1 excellent lecturer; one mediocre lecturer more interested in amusing the sizable contingent from his employer. Well handled set up. Overall, a professional and enjoyable experience.

Everything was lovely except the…
Everything was lovely except the gangway was difficult because of the rounded steps and it was slightly unstable. Also would have been nice to have a variety of entertainment rather than the same duo every night.
