I was brought a gift voucher for my 40th birthday present by my friends. I booked a microlight flight only to realise that the dates clashed with some of my husbands plans. I made contact with Ralph from golden moments and he has since gone out of his way to fix this for me. I can’t give 5 stars yet as I haven’t been on my experience but I hope to be back in a few weeks to update it!

I had not been able to use my voucher due to the current pandemic - they managed to help me make use of it :)

Booked evening cruise with Golden moments using my air miles. Amy at Golden moments was exceptional in helping with my booking.
The cruise was very good. Boarded in the evening at Chelsea piers in New York. The boat was modern and nicely fitted out. We sailed along the river Hudson. Night time New York looked wonderful from the boat.
There was a very good hot and cold buffet with nice puddings. We had a bottle of sparkling wine, which at $38 ,was not too expensive.
There were some other tourists on the boat in casual clothes ,but most people were locals and dressed to impress. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
The disco music was different from our average disco, but easy to dance too. All ages of people were dancing and we felt very comfortable to party with them.

Ho acquistato un voucher per fare un regalo. Avevo tanti dubbi, era stata la prima volta che acquistavo online delle esperienze. Sono sicura di averlo fatto impazzire, ma il signor Raffaele è stato fantastico, gentile, molto disponibile e molto molto comprensivo nei miei confronti. Ha risposto tempestivamente alle mie domande sia tramite email che per telefono. Alla fine ho chiesto un rimborso perché il festeggiato ha preferito un altro tipo di regalo ma solo per il servizio clienti offerto mi sento di consigliare golden moments, uno dei migliori servizi online.

I booked a Spirit of Travel excursion on the Northern Belle steam train from Newcastle for 20/3/20 for a Mother's Day surprise, on behalf of my sister and I, for our mum.
Amy was extremely helpful, friendly, professional & knowledgeable, making the process very smooth & easy.
I asked for a surprise gift of flowers to be added on the day & she kindly organised that for me too.
Amy very helpfully researched & shared information regarding a follow up question I had following my booking.
I received a very high level of personal service, with nothing being too much trouble - Amy is a credit to the Golden Moments Customer Service Team!

I was gifted a voucher for a dinner for 2. I got in a complete muddle trying to redeem the voucher. So I called Golden Moments for help. Amy was so patient with me, realising I didn’t have a golden moments voucher. But bless her she helped me redeem it and didn’t make an old lady feel stupid. I will definitely be recommending your company to friends and family. Especially Amy!

I had the change from a voucher for afternoon tea that I hadn't used and got in a muddle trying to use it on line but rang up and Amy took my request over the phone and didn't make me feel stupid. She was very helpful and able to book me another afternoon tea at a hotel of my choice and I paid the difference over the phone. She also upgraded it to a champagne afternoon tea and I will be taking a friend for her birthday.

On ordering a bottle of champagne I was pleased that Amy emailed me on receipt of the order to allow me to add additional details and personalisation and it was no problem making any changes to the original order. I was kept updated with the order until delivery. Thanks Amy.

We have just booked a day trip through this company. We dealt with Amy who was more than helpful. She was efficient and very quick coming back to us with answers to our queries. Also she gave us good advice. We are looking forward to our trip on the Northern Belle to the RHS Flower Show in Cardiff on the 18 April.2020.

Amy was helpful in getting the voucher for my son's driving experience sorted. Very good customer service.

I purchased a gift voucher to "Drive an Audi R8" for £271.39, in August 2019.

A few months later, when the recipient tried to redeem the voucher, they were informed that "because the price has gone up, you can either pay an additional £262.50, or exchange the experience".

This is not acceptable; it's a borderline scam. The company tried to DOUBLE the price, AFTER purchase. (And yet, under normal circumstances, they'll happily charge you for a cancellation?!)

...Or to put this another way: If the price goes up, then goldenmoments will demand an additional payment. But if the price goes down, then they'll presumably keep quiet and pocket the difference?

No option to refund the purchase was presented, but after I insisted, they did do this for me.

Disappointing experience; I'll be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Booked a London bus tour using a gift voucher I had won in a raffle. Had lots of queries how to redeem and choose the best tour and over the moon with the help that Amy provided 👍 Nothing was too much trouble and she sorted everything out to my satisfaction. Thank you Amy and much appreciated 😊

Great choice of 'Moments' to choose from and easy to redeem gift voucher.
I redeemed an eVoucher over the Christmas period (lots of Bank Holidays) so the supplier token took a while to come to me. On querying it with Golden Moments Amy quickly sorted it out.
