Took some old jewellery that belonged to my late mother-in-law to gold reserves in Swansea market on Wednesday 29th July, didnt know if it was worth anything, was served by Dawn who was very supportive and patient going through the pieces of jewellery. She whittled out the pieces that were worth anything and gave me a very good price for them. I later received a phone call from her stating she had found more gold in one of the boxes that was worth another £240 and would I come back to receive the cash, which I did and could not thank her enough for her honesty. I ordered a necklace to replace the one that had been lost . I was delighted when it arrived on time and the condition the necklace was in. It arrived in a presentation box with a silver cleaning cloth . The price was good too.
