Just used the 335 service .this compa y is a disgrace .the bus had its heating full blast and these buses do not have air con,the tempreture was 40 degrees on the bus.this company needs to be fined by... Voir plus

One of their buses hit my car wing mirror, I contacted their office on several occasions to make a complaint but have never been contacted back!! Terrible customer service

Very bad. Besicaly the schedule does not exist buese come and go as they please, if they come at all. Especially buses17. It says on the website that they come every 12min yet today waited from 3:30 until 6:12 and only and there were only 4 running buses (all full) 5 out of service buses.

Where I work only 18 number bus is…
Where I work only 18 number bus is suitable for me to reach home by my daughter’s school time. I wish I could express my feelings that how much I am struggling with these bus drivers. One bus came in 30 mins and if there are 2 buses on stop on the bus stop, Driver never bothered to stop on that bus stop. In 5 days I only get 2 days bus on time. Please teach your drivers to see around is there any passenger waiting. I had enough with this now. Next time will take a picture of that bus and upload that here as well. Hate it Now I am late to pickup my daughter from school.

Another 45 minute wait as 3 number 41 buses fail to arrive in sale. Avoid this bus or you will just be let down.

Banned For No Reason
After being a regular customer for years, these people banned me from their Facebook page for no reason when I have never posted on their so now I can’t get any info about the buses. They denied doing it and wont explain why.

They're a terrible company
They're a terrible company, buses can be anywhere from 10 mins early to 10 mins late. No social distance. Unable to buy system one tickets, their customer service is bad, you just get dismissed. The only upside is that almost all the drivers are kind, understanding and they deserve to work for a better company than this.

This company are not enforcing social distancing on their buses nor are they asking passengers to wear face coverings. They obviously dont give a damn about customer safety. Use another public transport provider for your own health.

Been emailing since April regarding…
Been emailing since April regarding purchased annual ticket which I can no longer use due to being part of the shielding group. I have had no response at all only 1 receipt generated email. Their phone lines are closed so you cannot even speak to anyone. Terrible customer service.
