I have recently changed suppliers from a very unhelpful company to Good Energy and I have been very impressed by them and in particular the very helpful Ben Watts based in Ringwood. The changeover was very smooth and I would recommend them if you're considering changing energy suppliers.

Good Energy Service & Experiences
I have been dealing with Good Energy for 15 years now and they are top class in my view. They are efficient and deal with any queries really quickly.
My most recent experience was swift and answered my question almost immediately. I sent an email and Donna M replied in minutes, perfect.
Highly recommended and of course Green.

Account Verification.
I had a problem with my account which apparently had been closed without my knowledge and had to be 'verified'. This took a long time but with Sonu's help the account was reopened and I am now waiting for back payments for FIT readings which I am owed. I always get an answer and advice when I contact Good energy and I like the fact that you can contact the same person.
