Well what can I say other than I’m over the moon with all three fitted wardrobes. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I asked lots of questions, responses were quick. The quality is amazing and the delivery/fitting was quick. Price is super competitive. Over all can’t recommend this company enough. Jon Nutall attended the appointment on time communicating before hand on a specific eta. Without even asking Jon removed his work boots (we have recently had new carpet laid). He was extremely thorough with the job, paid close attention to what needed repairing / replacing and carried out the job in a professional manner. We reported a fault 7 weeks ago. Booked in twice to attend and didn’t show up. Then the part got delivered. 3 weeks later they email to arrange delivery of the part they’ve already delivered! Completely unreliable and poor communication.

I am a returning customer from 2009. At the time I had mirrored wardrobe doors fitted in my then new build.
I decided I wanted to change them for something more practical.
The whole process was very easy from start to finish and the service I received from Harlea, Danny the fitter and the guys who took my old doors away was excellent.
I can thoroughly recommend this company.

AVOID GOODINGS. WE GOT OUR WARDROBES FITTED VIA THEM, FEW ISSUES AND WE ARE STILL GOING BACKWARD AND FORWARDS WITH THIS COMPANY. TEAM IS RUDE AND WILL NOT LET YOU SPEAK, THEY WILL TALK OVER SO YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR POINT ACROSS.

We bought a former show home and found the laminate was coming away from the wardrobe doors (installed c.4 years ago). Agreed a deal direct with Goodings to have them replaced and these have been delivered and fitted this week. Very pleased with the way this was handled, including taking away the old doors and packaging. Special mention to fitter (Kamil?) who was very professional and a pleasure to work with, but thanks to all.

After moving into our new house we were keen to keep the same wardrobes for the dressing room so we decided to have The Goodings Group fit the same wardrobes. We have had an excellent service from quotation to fitting!
From first contacting for a quote the service has been first rate. Everything was done in a timely manner, delivery of the wardrobe parts was on time and carefully put into the room for the fitter to work on. Then the fitter did a fantastic job on fitting the wardrobe and then cleaned up not leaving a trace behind and what a finish!

We have had a few issues with our fitted wardrobes that have been provided by Gooding group.
For the first one they just sent us a "fix it yourself" email with instructions.
Surprisingly this didn't fix it and when someone finally came round the original installer hadn't fitted one of the brackets.
Our communication from Gooding has been poor and any replies we are lucky to receive has been unprofessional, short, too blunt & unfriendly.
Not even a Hi.
We would NOT recommend Goodings.
