Goodyouco is a SCAM!

Ordered a hat 3 weeks ago. Tracking number provided is incorrect or that the carrier has not updated any tracking results. Sent an email yesterday, for a follow up. No response. This is a scam company!!!!

Not a scam! Buy this hat! This is a legit & wonderful company to order from. I Love my new hat! It is very nice quality & very cute. It is the perfect hat to shield my face from getting anymore skin cancer on my face.

My hat arrived safely in approximately 3 weeks from ordering it!! The watermelon red hat is exactly as described!!! I honestly was a bit dubious, since I only paid shipping! It would have served me right if it was a scam haha but it wasn't!! I can't wait for the sun to shine so I can wear my pretty and practical sunhat!!!

I wasn't sure if this was real, BUT, I'm happy to say that it's real! I received a good quality hat😃 so happy for this hat as I've had some small skin pre-cancers removed off of my face. This will help me be able to enjoy the outdoors 🥰

Purchased the hat and mystery bag on 4/19/24. I sent 3 messages to customer service to get the status of when it will be delivered. I have an email saying thank you for your purchase, but when put in the tracking number no order is found.

Hi Phyllis, your emails should have been replied to within 36 hours. If you just got the shipping email and checking this is likely because the order is being processed by the carrier for shipment still.

No hat

I ordered a hat several weeks ago. I turned on USPS notifications and the package kept going in circles before being seized for counterfeit postage. No hat.
Thank God I used PayPal so I'm confident in getting a refund eventually. I haven't heard back from customer service (although they responded earlier to my inquiries but suggested that I contact USPS, smiley have a nice day. Ugh.
I'll update if I end up getting a good outcome.

Not a happy customer!!

I ordered one of the UV protection hats for my wife, the payment went through and I received my order number via email. For the last 3 days I keep receiving emails saying my order is still in the shopping cart and to complete the order before the special offer runs out.
So, naturally I emailed you asking for someone to look into this on numerous occasions and I haven't had any reply from you.

I read the reviews on here and I noticed that you replied to people's comments, so I thought I'd try on here as well. I am unhappy for not getting any replies or help via the emails, I'm hoping this gets me somewhere!! 😡

It is really a very nice hat. Comfy and very user friendly. Nice material as well. Although it will take sometime to arrive but it will definitely be sent to you if you ordered. Very friendly and accommodating as well if you have ang inquiry. Recommended product, hat to be specific on the item that I got.

Ordered 1 item via Instagram ad link on 3/30. It took 3-1/2 weeks to be delivered. Tracking system provided by company provides no meaningful information. When contacting the company, reply indicated that it was being held up in customs. I really felt like this was a potential scam. Product received okay but small. Probably won’t order again just on the shipping process and lack of communication alone.

Really impressed

They arrived today and I am SO impressed! What great hats! I feel super confident the kids faces and particularly ears are going to be better protected than ever before, which is worth it 100%
For once, an offer actually paid off, these are going to be a firm favourite in summer.

Money taken but no order processed

I made the order online and the money was taken off my account via PayPal. Money has been taken from my account, however, I later got an email saying my order was not complete. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a response and nor have I received the hat. Having seen other reviews with similar problems, I no longer trust this company.

A little disappointed.

Was excited to try the product as the company looks great on first glance! Product (UV hat) okay, agree with others sizing is very weird and doesn’t fit at all how it should. Has a smaller width but long depth. Shame they advertise it the way they do as it’s a little misleading, hat comes from aliexpress and is branded “sunshade” which if you google you can get on catch, temu, SHEIN, amazon etc. Although advertised as “free for first 100” and states “only 77 left” or so, the promotion seems to be always on but encourages people to buy/get in quick. For the exact same product I could of actually got it cheaper elsewhere when counting in the high shipping cost. Personally wouldn’t get again and not sure I’ll even wear it due to the fit.

Don't buy the mystery bag

I ordered the free sun hat and a mystery bag as the hat was free I thought why not. If you notice when ordering you get 1 package with free insurance and then they want you to pay for 2nd packages I just ticked the free insurance. The hat arrived 19/04/24 and looks great but no mystery bag. I have emailed the company and they say my package was delivered ? I have emailed again and so far had no response. Not sure what should be in the mystery bag it's a mystery,so at the moment I would say don't buy the mystery bag

I ordered a hat 11 days ago. Money was deducted from my bank account. I haven't heard from them since then at all. No reply, no confirmation about shipping, nothing. I have emailed them twice and haven't received any response. I do not recommend this company.

Hi there, sorry for the delay! To deliver to certain middle eastern countries delivery requires an ID number which we should have requested by email to get your order sent off. ID number's are not standard for most of the countries we deliver to so it is not required for checkout. Hope this helps!

Warm weather please hurry

I got this hat for free, only had to pay the shipping.
Very happy with this hat, only wish the snow and cold weather would go away so i could actually wear my new hat!!

I cannot recommend this sun hat enough

I cannot recommend this sun hat enough! It's quick dry for water activities, breathable and foldable and easy to carry. I wore it for 6 days straight on my safari trip and didn't get a burn on my face or neck (doesn't happen often when you're pale skin).
Love it! Definitely not a SCAM.
