As always a fantastic shopping experience with very knowledgeable staff in all departments, who could not be more helpful if they tried. Our membership error was resolved, sorry forgot the ladies name, got boots gilet and coats and served by a very bubbly and welcoming Sally.

I'd like to thank Russel again for a fantastic service and honest advice on products..
Stanley came away the other week with new boots with the advice from Russel and thoroughly enjoyed his first Cheviot summit wearing them..
Everytime we visit the store, Russel is always very happy and keen to help in any way..

I went into go outdoors for a pair of walking shoes and explained to to the staff Russell & Sam what I what I wanted as I’m very particular about what I can wear on my feet. Both Russell & Sam were very helpful going back and fourth with different pairs of shoes. We got sorted in the end but I must give Russell & Sam a big thank you for all their help. Well done lads.

Really great experience. All the members of staff went above and beyond with my needs. Just visiting from Chester and needed some extra gear. All staff on the day were so lovely especially Paul who was very patient with me.

The team at the Alnwick store were absolutely incredible with helping myself and my partner today, truly a testament to GO Outdoors. Russell in particular was brilliant at helping us, his knowledge was second to none, nothing was too much trouble and his customer service to both ourselves and others we saw him helping in store was impeccable. The best selection of outdoor gear around. Well laid out with loads of space to wonder. Quality stock all well presented. The staff are all helpful and knologable, but I have to give Sally full marks as she spent a lot of time helping me with the return of a fleece (to big) and the order of a smaller size.

We found the team very helpful, especially Sally and Lee who went above and beyond and helping us resolve our membership issues. Lee also assisted me in ordering a pair of walking trousers that were not available within the store. Great clothes. Excellent Customer service. This is our “go to “ place for our walking/hiking gear.

Great help with choosing my sons new walking boots. Very helpful staff member (long blonde hair and dark glasses lady). We were on holiday and she also recommended some local walks for us to enjoy! Excellent all round. Thank you 😊
