Thank you Debz and Paul -you both provided first class service yesterday while guiding us to the most appropriate pair of hiking boots for my 14 year old grandson. They were very patient and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a pleasant one, as well as showing my grandson how to treat customers well.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful with time to make sure I got the best walking boots and socks to suit. Debz had no problem spending the time needed. The store was clean, tidy and brilliantly stocked with all products and sizes, well worth the trip.

Really good prices on walking shoes, and a wide range. Staff were very friendly and responsive, but not sure about the best product to use for the leather boots I bought - which surprised me.

Visited this store today as I needed some new walking boots. Sam who served me was knowledgeable about the range of boots available and also advised about aftercare to maintain the boots. He was interested and helped me to find the right boots suitable for my needs, being very patient as I deliberated.
Also we exchanged a couple of t-shirts and this was dealt with quickly and easily by Debs ... I believe).

Made a trip to the Alnwick store last weekend. I’d ordered a few items online the day before.
On arrival, was quickly asked by a member of staff if I needed any help, and they took my details and went to find my items.
A slight delay when they were not on the correct shelf, but soon located, and after a few apologies (it wasn’t an issue, I was only waiting a few minutes, but the staff couldn’t apologise enough “for the delay”), and I headed to the till.
The young gentleman at the till (sorry, I can’t remember your name) was so professional and polite, and ensured I received any discount he could manage (I had a Blue Light Card), and made the whole experience faultless.
It’s rare today to find staff who are this polite, this professional, and make you feel as if you’re the most important customer, but they all did.
In a world dominated by online shopping and home deliveries, this level of customer service is such a rare thing.
Fabulous experience and will only go there from now on.
My honest thanks to you all.

Go outdoors are always good value and the Alnwick branch is enhanced by great staff - today I was given excellent advice by a male member of staff whose name I didn’t catch about a grill, and Debz at the till was also really helpful. Thanks again.

Have stopped selling propane gas but advised us where we could purchase it.

The person at the checkout very helpfully told me that there was a 10% discount available with certain memberships, including the National Trust.

Great experience in the Go Outdoor store in Alnwick. Had everything we needed (dry robes, sleeping bags, coats..) at good prices and even got extra discount for showing a National Trust membership card! The store staff member (female) sorry I didn’t get her name was super helpful and gave me and my family a personal 1-2-1 shopper experience, helping find everything we needed for our camping trip. She’s clearly super good at her job because all the other staff were asking her where things were and what the stock levels were, and she knew EVERYTHING! Will definitely be shopping in Go Outdoors again.

The company is very good and prices are reasonable but since we signed up we have got consent emails one after another and it's beginning to get under my skin if I thought it would be like this I would definitely not have signed up a few times a year is OK but not every day

Helpfully and efficient

Dropped into nearby store, whilst on extended motorhome tour, for essential supplies. Friendly caring staff introduced me to the membership and saved me quite a surprising amount! Not been a customer before, well I certainly am now, thanks to the lady who served me.
