GO Outdoors - Altrincham (Express) Avis

Claire spent a lot of time with us helping to inform and advise us on the things we needed for our daughter’s Duke of Edinburgh expedition and we were very happy with the service that her and Chris gave us, would definitely recommend!

Great service by Claire, who was attentive and very helpful

Went in store, as sale on
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable
Enquired really order and collect, staff checked to see if this was possible

Good advise and information from the assistant regarding my purchase of a pair of walking shoes, the shoes I purchased fit perfectly and are very comfortable, thanks.

Jade was very helpful and informed, answering my queries and responding to my requests with courtesy, efficiency and cheerfulness. A model employee in every way.
Thank you

Very friendly lady greeted me, and was helpful and pleasant throughout my time shopping in the Altrincham shop

Jade and Claire were amazing today and sorted all
Out for me and gave me a demo how to use the product also !!

Just brilliant service

Claire was super helpful with lots of information 😁

Excellent store with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Great variety of products. I recently bought a Rab top but it had bobbled within a couple of wears so I wanted to return it. The staff at the Altrincham branch were completely sympathetic and arranged for the refund and advised me on what to do if the money was not in my account within a few days.

I couldn’t see the leggings I was looking for so I asked the assistants. They went to check the back stock but couldn’t find any. But they were convinced they’d seen them so double checked and found and even had my size. They were really helpful and polite asking if I didn’t mind waiting because they had definitely seen them.
Every time I’ve been in this store all the staff are always great, friendly and really helpful. I always come to here before going online because they generally have what I need.
Today Jade and Claire were great, thanks

Very friendly service and helpful advice from Claire when purchasing walking boots for my son in the Altrincham store. She was very patient and she made sure he had the correct fit. She also let us know about savings with National Trust membership and DofE. Definitely recommend this store.

A little shop rather than a big space you usually get with gooutdoors, so restricted on tent displays and having stock. But still gets a 5+ due to staff (Claire). Who was extremely helpful polite and friendly and helped us on getting the right purchase 👍

Go Outdoors Altrincham branch were very helpful when I went to collect an item that I had ordered on line.

Claire was extremely helpful as was the other man who helped us out, finding what we wanted and being patient while sorted out my discount and ordering online the things we couldn't get in store.
Lovely shopping experience!!
Thanks

The staff with helpful, courteous and friendly
Jade and the team, thank you

I wish I’d got the guy’s name at the Altrincham store. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to guide me with my map reading

Helpful staff. Great item. Just what I wanted.
