GO Outdoors - Banbury Avis 

Shaun has been excellent with his advice on my walking boots and now my son’s walking shoes. You seem to have really decent staff in your Banbury store, thanks to Rosie for the advice as well.

We were served by Jess, very friendly, helpful and made the experience great. We wandered in to have a look at the sale clothing plus fishing stuff.
Glad to see they are starting to stock other fishing brands apart from Westlake too

Just want to say thank you to Skye. She was so helpful.
I Telephone the Banbury Store to inquire about some boots. Your website said that not any of your stores had them in stock. Skye went in to the Storeroom and checked to if this was the case. She found the boots I wanted, she put them aside for me to collect.
I will also say how friendly I found all your staff.

Just purchased a lovely Rab parka type coat from Go Outdoors Banbury. Emma who served me could not have been more helpful. It was our first time in the shop and we were very very impressed so will definitely be returning! I wasn’t aware they price matched so that’s a big bonus as well😁

Visited today for first time. Great range of goods. Went to look for some new boots. Was assisted by Rosie who was very friendly and helpful. Will certainly shop there again

I originally went to buy a coat and Skye looked after me. I tried on about half a dozen and then tried them on some more. I eventually bought a Berghaus coat.
Believe it or not a few days later my walking boots came apart and although I had them fixed at the cobblers, he said they wouldn’t last much longer so I went back and looked at their range. I knew what I wanted to buy but I couldn’t get a size to fit. A person helping me said that they didn’t do half sizes. Skye then passed by and said that they did. So I bought a pair of Scarpa boots. Had Skye not been there then I wouldn’t have bought the boots
She is very helpful and has a really good customer first approach.

Love Banbury go outdoors, great range of products, nice well organised shop and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Super service from Rosie. I could not find what I was looking to buy. Rosie went in to stockroom to locate and bring out a couple of pairs of the sandals I was looking for. Also friendly service with a smile at the checkout

Went with grandson for boots and socks for his Duke of Edinburgh and Christmas present…met by Skye who was super friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful bringing out boots until there was a perfect fit.. thank you Skye for being a part of a lovely experience today 👍

Though we weren’t able to try on any climbing shoes, we were assisted by Emma. She contacted the Swindon store on our behalf and reserved shoes for us to try there. Thank you so much Emma, honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

I wanted to replace my Scarpa walking boots which have served me well but are now worn out. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the things that are important when choosing a boot and size . Turns out I’ve also been lacing my boots incorrectly all this time ! I ended up choosing another Scarpa pair this time with a sole that can be replaced when they wear out , which I hadn’t realised was possible. 10/10 and thanks Shaun.

I tried to buy a pair of hiking boots at Go Outdoors in Banbury. Despite trying on several pairs from a very wide selection, I was unable to find some that fit my feet which tend to be quite painful. Rosie spent a lot of time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
