Helpful staff
Went in needing a pair of hiking boots, knowing little about what to look for. Ended up being helped for an hour by Puck and left with a great pair of boots and recommendations for a solid pair of socks as well

Great Customer care
Cool box had become a casuality of the previoys nights thunderstorm, went in search of a replacement, As i have mobility isdues the only negative aspect of my experience was the elevator signage was not prominent.
In store it was obvious that Housekeeping was to a high standard and merchandise was displayed well
I was assisted by a young male colleague “Ianto” who was knowledgeable regard to store kayout and thd merchandise.
He showed me the available range if coolboxes and checked online for any thst may have been out of stock and set aside my choice , he then located my other requirements and took them all to the check out for me
Having advised colleagues that he was assisting me to my car he did that and helped me put them in the car
In summary the retail part was very good but the customer care providrd by Ianto was nothing short if excellent abd exceptional

Fantastic Staff at a Wonderful Store
Went in to look at some new hiking boots, wasn’t sure what to get as I have wide feet and collapsed arches. One of the staff, Puck, went above and beyond to analyse, advise and suggest all sorts of different shoes depending on my usage. We tried different sizes and shapes and finally found a wonderful pair. He also advised me on exercises I can do to help train weak areas of my foot due to my collapsed arches. What a legend. Really awesome service at this place.

Nabeil was very courteous and professional when he helped my wife and I choose sandals. I noticed him serve other customers whilst we decided on our purchase and his attitude and willingness to help was excellent. He is a credit to GoOutdoors.
