Abbie was more than helpful!
I don't normally leave reviews but I can only say that our customer service representative called Abbie was more than accommodating.
Instantly made us feel welcome in a busy shop.
Directed us to the item we wanted and gave us comprehensive information on it.
Advised honestly on the correct sizing and offered us the correct washing equipment.
Thanks to Abbie and we will definitely be shopping there again.

The staff Hannah and Abbie were amazing so helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble for them. The selection of items was great and the price was even better. I visit the Birkenhead store even though it is not my closest because the customer service is second to none.

Awkward customer but great experience
I find it hard to get proper fitting shoes because my feet are a nightmare but the folk here spared no expense to help and discuss what options I had and help me find something that fit well. I took home a pair to try in the house, but they weren't perfect. They let me exchange the pair for another without fuss and I think I'm on to a winner now. Shoutouts to Hannah, Chris, Adam and the lady with the blue hair who's name I didn't get.

Needed an emergency waterproof/ windproof jacket for the festival in the park over the summer.
Adam and Chris were brilliant and took their time to go over the options with me! They helped me pick a fantastic coat that kept me warm and dry with unexpected extreme weather. Thanks again!
