Very helpful and polite staff. Could not recall which rails
I had taken items from into the changing rooms, staff very happy to put them back for me. Think you could do with trade name boards above each set of makers items.Toilets were clean and had been replenished.

As always the staff here go above and beyond to help customers. The item I wanted was in stock but I couldn’t find it. Angela and Sue looked everywhere and eventually found it as it had become a sale item. Whenever we use this store the staff are excellent, kind and patient and very professional.

I had a brilliant experience in Go Outdoors thanks to Norman, a very friendly, honest and knowledgeable guy who helped me pick out the right pair of boots. This is the second time I've been served by Norman and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, you can trust that he wants you to leave with the right pair, not the most expensive pair.

We visited the Blackburn stores for a pair of walking shoes for my wife. She had a pair in mind, which she tried but a lively gentleman, Norman came up with other options. He was very knowledgeable & not pushy at all. There was no issue with trying on numerous pairs & eventually went with ones that he’d suggested. We were both extremely happy with the service & product provided. Thank you Norman.

Went for a pair of walking shoes, the gentleman on duty called Norman could not have done enough to help me select the correct shoe I was there for over an hour .

I can only speak highly of the sales assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name but she was a Scottish lady) who helped me with choosing walking shoes and boots. She was very knowledgeable and a great help.

Go Outdoors are our go to store. Customer Service is always good. Out of all the staff that we have encountered at our Blackburn branch, we have only ever had one member of staff be abrasive in her manner, I'm not sure that she actually means to be, but whenever we have been served by her, she is always like it, so it may just be the way that she comes across.
Please don't let that one person colour your judgement of the store because the rest of the staff are lovely, helpful & very knowledgeable.
So, if you are looking for good quality camping, hiking, equestrian, climbing & fishing merchandise to mention but a few then this is the place for you, with products/prices to suit most budgets. 10/10 🎉

I went to get my two young daughters kitted out with their first hiking boots. We were kindly served by Norman who efficiently got us sorted. It was great to talk to him about hiking with my young daughters. He has a real passion for the outdoors which was wonderful to hear about.

Paul S was very helpful in the fishing section, showed me some venues which are good for carp and offered a hand with some equipment.

Paul S was great to get my maggots and put them in the tub and advise on which reel to choose for my feeder rod!

We had a great experience today, my husband wanted to purchase new waterproof walking boots. A lovely gentleman Norman kindly helped us choose the right pair and offered great advice re the boots and socks. He was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Would definitely go back and love to be served by this kind assistant.

Went to go outdoors because me and my partner decided to get back in to walking/hiking and we had an amazing experience with a amazing gentleman called norman who stayed with us and helped us decide what to go with. Would happily go back just to ask his opinion on whatever we next need.
