Aziza (I think her name is sorry) is so lovely and polite to customers. Helpful and good experience

I am becoming quite a regular for my angling needs at the Blackburn store even though I do travel some distance and other angling shops are much closer to where I live. The main reason is the service that I receive on a regular basis from Graham who works in the fishing department. This person is a credit to whoever was fortunate to employ him. He is so friendly and always helps me find the right tackle for my needs. He is very patient and has a vast amount of knowledge of what items are needed and I do not in any way feel pressured into any purchases . Keep up the good work Graham and because of you I have told other angling buddies to visit the store. Well done to you sir.

Always a pleasure to go here and every staff member is so polite and friendly, especially Angela who I see most times when I visit to drop off parcels or collect parcels, and of course when I purchase goods, 3 childrens caravan/tent animal chairs. Cycling apparel, walking or just general men's t-shirts for my son. Just short off a coffee machine, standing home, mines coffee, white, no sugar Angela

Needed some fishing gear and Graham in the fishing department was very helpful with all in Needed and added advice

Went in looking for fishing equipment as beginners. Paul was exceptionally helpful and dedicated a lot of time and advised us on choosing the right equipment, making our visit a great experience.

Went to purchase some essentials for a camping trip and Go Outdoors had everything we needed. Aliza and Usamah were a fantastic help, answering questions about products and supporting us with the process. Excellent service!

We was served by Angela. What a lovely lady! She was making conversation, getting my son to join in as well. Helped us with a new card as ours had ran out. What a credit to the store angela is.

Needed new Merrell walking shoes and was served by Lou. Lovely lady and very knowledgable on shoe choice and what was best for me. She made the whole visit a memorable experience for me. Thank you Lou

Visited the Blackburn store today to look for a specific item, a Montane Dart Lite T-shirt, I couldn’t see them asked an assistant, Luca, who stopped what he was doing and took me to the general area. When I said I was looking for a specific item, he then took me to another area and found my shirt. He then engaged with me later, he was a great sales person and made my visit memorable. The young lady on the till was also very pleasant.

The shop is well stocked, and has a massive range of reasonably priced outdoor items.

Went to buy camping gear and trainers. Norman helped me on the trainers front, very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff and a really nice guy

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in shoe department and then again at the tills. Today I was served by a gentleman (did not catch his name), Norman was inspirational and helpful and then Aliza at the checkout was so pleasant and helpful. We alway choose to go to the Blackburn branch (not our nearest store) because of excellent customer service.

very good tent we found perfect what we needed. staff names ‘Aliza’ was so incredibly kind and a brilliant help, made whole experience great! her service was exceptional!

We had to return some climbing shoes the day after purchasing due to cracks in the heel rubber which we hadnt noticed. All the staff were helpfull but Norman in particular deserves a mention for his knowledge about climbing and assistance in choosing the best replacement (we wanted the same shoe but the size was out of stock)

Go Outdoors stores are always friendly and helpful and the Blackburn branch was no exception. Graham was in no hurry and helped with product choice. Couldn't fault the store, good products at a good price and excellent staff.

Norman served us today whilst getting my son some hiking boots. He was great help and super chatty and knowledgeable. He was able to show my son a good technique in tying his laces with the boots.
