Hi, I was in the coatbridge branch today looking at waterproof jackets spoke to a nice guy called Cammy who knew his stuff gave me a lot to think about, will be back soon when I have made up my mind.

I had to return a jacket that I mistakenly purchased in the wrong size, I must thank Ross and Faith for being extremely helpful in assisting me. Having such good staff is why I’ve shopped at this branch in the past and will continue to in the future

I’ve been in the last couple days trying to sort harness’s for some via ferrata in a very very last minute trip to the Dolomites. All the staff were great but especially big thanks to Chloe.M, we couldn’t have been more awkward with the timing so soon to close/returns situation with multiple items but she stuck with us, sorted out our mess patiently, created a plan to help us the following day and even tracked us down in the store the next day to follow through. People aren’t that helpful nowadays and it was nice to meet an exception. Management material. Thanks for the save on our trip Chloe and friends.

Fast and efficient click and collect

I went to get a pair of walking boots. Karen gave me advice, was careful to see how much I was willing to spend and talked through a few options. She was very helpful. The member of staff at the checkout was also very helpful. Both were very friendly.

Ross was very helpful and happy to answer my questions, Ross advice was spot on.

Brilliant service!

I was in looking for a waterproof jacket and possibly another puffer, and the gentleman with the beard was absolutely spot on. I didn’t catch his name, but he really went the extra mile, showing me all the different options and patiently answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout.

I ended up walking out with two jackets! 😂

Couldn’t fault the service; a proper credit to the shop. Highly recommend!

Kirsten dealt with us looking for a item that was not even on display yet she got us multiple choices to try and went over and above to help us 🥰
