Viv was very helpful today. I had my young children with to me and they were taking it in turns passing things to her at the till. Highly recommend.

Viv was very helpful and friendly to everyone she served at the tills, I was in a small queue, she was patient and caring to the elderly lady in front of me, making sure not to rush her and ensure her items were packed in her walker, this is what great customer service should look like.

Have to rate this as 5 star experience as arriving to shop at 10 o’clock on Sunday and being greeted by happy faces advertising the fact the till’s not operating until 10:30 that’s normal shopping opening.
I’ve needed quite a few different helps as buying for an expedition and also for someone who’s not with me, and that put the guy in the shoes department to the test to get quite a few different trainers for my daughter to chose over the phone ( fair play to whoever this young guy was 5star) then couple girls and guys helped and finally meet a lady stocking by till who kindly brought my stored shopping to me and Ashley on the till give me all the need info about returns, a professional example of young guy. Awesome 5 stars to all

Helpful staff
We had a great experience in GO Outdoors thanks to the kindness of Viv! We went in for some last minute swim bits for my son as we were off on a weekend away with family. Viv was really helpful, kind and chatty to us - which my son loved as he hates being dragged to the shops but loves a chat! She honestly left a lasting impression on us both and is a credit to the store and company. Thank you Viv!

Found just what I was after
