Sophie did a great job
Sophie, did a great job of helping me find what I was looking for. However, I did a tour of the shop looking at different things and Sophie was the only person who approached me to help, it appeared that all the other staff were standing in the same part of the store where there were no customers.

Great store, staff are super helpful and knowledgeable!
Have been using this store for several years now, and the staff have always been fantastic.
Recently visited to pick up some suitable clothing for my son's upcoming school ski trip, and were served by Fox, who spent quite a while with us giving excellent advice and going over the various options and things we would need. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and a true asset to the store, my son is delighted with his new gear, and I'm confident he's got everything he needs to have a great time!

Can't begin to tell you, how knowledgeable Emma was helping find correct rucksack for my Thailand trip.
Without her and Sophie help and patients.showing me exactly how to adjust and expand everything
I would have bought, cheap and cheerful. Unbeknown to me it would not of been practical for my journey. I did spend double but very pleased with my guided choice.

Josh was a star
Josh was a star. I picked a pair of boots in the sale which were marked up looking cheaper than they were. I decided tried others on in my price range Josh asked his manager to discount them a bit more for me without me even asking. It was a great suprise and fantastic customer service.
