My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

I had to click and collect order
I had to click and collect order, however end up buying additional item in the store.
I had a really good experience. Customer Service was excellent. Tracey and Luke were brilliant super welcoming and helpful.

Good experience
Polite and friendly staff. Liam served me - packed my items for me. Very helpful. Express stores obviously stock less but had the items I was after that the larger store did not have.

Went to Go Outdoors in Farnborough on Saturday to kit out my son for his Duke of Edinburgh expedition. We were helped by Jarred who was brilliant- he advised on kit, shared his experiences of the DofE and was just lovely to deal with as well as being super knowledgeable.
