My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

Extremely helpful staff
Tracy and Luke checked the stock of items on the phone before we arrived and were incredibly helpful once we’d got there -taking time to look for different sizes etc. They were also patient and happy to assist, making it a very pleasant experience.
