Thistle (staff member) was great. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer multiple choices based on my needs. She was also able to help me lace the walking boots properly in order to better support my ankles and feet inc showing alternative ways to lace shoulder any problems arise. She was very polite and attentive to my needs. Overall a very positive experience, would highly recommend

After initially struggling to get my membership to work for online shopping, I found it difficult to speak to customer support, but when I did the problem was sorted straightaway and the discount on line was great, it was also delivered early

To cut a long story short, the OEX 3-part walking poles I had for my birthday proved a real challenge to put together into any form that was useful. This wasn’t just for myself but for several members of my family and for Google!
The staff at the Huddersfield branch could not have been more helpful. The lady on the tills who I approached to start with (what a welcoming smile, it makes the world of difference), to the guy who patiently tried to work it out for me and finally to Jake who added the expertise. You made it look so easy in the end. Thankyou all. You were superb!
Just a thought. Jake, why don’t you put a video together for you tube? It can’t be just me who struggled. You explain the process very well.

I was served by Zenab and Thistle, both were absolutely brilliant! Very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

I went looking to try some walking shoes and was met by Maggie, she was very polite and helpful. I asked to try some size 9 1/2, and Maggie brought all that was in stock. Unfortunately they did not fit so I chose some size 10s. Maggie was again very helpful. I ended up buying a pair.

She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought a pair Merrell hiking shoes and they’re great. However, the primary reason I went in was to sort out a problem with a hiking pole/stick. Kimberley pointed out there were some tighteners on the side which I hadn’t noticed. I felt so embarrassed, but at least I got it sorted. Thanks for great service.

Visited the store to purchase some walking boots. Kimberley was great with recommending some really comfortable boots and informed me of the discounts available. I was really impressed with the service and would recommend others to visit the store if they are looking for their first pair.
Only feedback I have, is there was only 1 member of staff on the boots section, and with it being a busy weekend, I was waiting a while to get someone’s attention.
