GO Outdoors - Lancaster (Express) Avis 

This is a shout out and a big thank you to Simon and Lewis! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. I’ve been turning up like a bad penny prepping for a trip and Simon has suffered me a few times and has been brilliant.

Isaac was really helpful showing me how to use the compass I had bought and how to align it with the map.

Fantastic customer service and range. Simon really knows his stuff and was able to give a personal recommendation for the down jacket I was considering.

Visited a few weeks ago to get some walking shoes ready for a backpacking trip. Simon was excellent offering advice on the best type of shoe to get and I left happy with my purchase having been well informed on the product. Both the staff here when we visited were very friendly and happy to help us even when we arrived shortly before closing. The shop is smaller but still has a good selection of equipment and this means you usually get better service!

Simon had great product knowledge as well as a no pressure friend service approach. Credit to the store as I've found all their representatives.

All of my requirements were considered and I left with what I was looking for. I’m entirely happy with my purchases and the general disposition of the staff. This will be my first port of call for further outdoor gear.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful when shopping with my son. Chris went beyond my expectations and assisted me with making the right decision on my New tent and backpack. I don't often visit this Go outdoors, however because of the great interaction I will be sure to return again due to the service provided. Chris was patient, understanding and knowledgeable, we will visit this store again because of this.

A really great shopping experience Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came away with a bag full of hiking goodies but also had some sound advice for future purchases.

I went to buy walking boots and the range they had was great. Simon helped me to select them, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest asking me questions to find out what kind of walking I would be doing and found me the perfect pair. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely go back.

When I tried to purchase some gloves they come out at about £10 more expensive at the checkout than shown. The assistant said there are two prices have you got a go outdoors card, if not you can purchase one for five pounds, The verdict is by making me feel like a second class customer, I will never use your store again.

At the shop, Simon was really helpful. It's great to have someone who knows their stuff giving you advice. I wanted a pair of walking shoes rather than boots but my feet have a high arch. He instantly knew which shoes to try. Tried. Bought. Comfy. Wearing them now.
