GO Outdoors - Leeds Avis 

I am a student who plans to go abroad with Camps International in just a few weeks ! I was served today by Lucy who greatly helped me in explaining what equipment would be best suited. I really appreciated the support and her own experience and I would really recommend Go Outdoors. The customer service is great !

Mike was a brilliant helping choosing some new gear. Very helpful, and knowledgeable.

Lucy was an absolute life saver with helping finding DofE equipment, amazing service made our visit a blast.

Had great help at the weekend -needed to get my son kitted out for D of E. Mike gave expert advice on walking boots and was so patient. Richard knew everything about camping gear and fitting rucksacks correctly - what the most important things to get are. He was very patient too. And Millie helped us swap the wrong sized boots that we brought last week so thank you to her too.

Jimmy at Go Outdoors on York Road was very friendly and helpful, which made shopping a great experience.

Our helper was a person named Mike he was very helpful and helped us with every problem we had he even continued further to give his own experiences which helped us even further

We had amazing experience in the Outdoors on York Road, all the staff was friendly and welcoming. The store had so many amazing stuff, not a member but I’ll be signing up for one now. Was looking for a light weight waterproof jacket and so many to choose from. Got what we wanted and at a great price too. The staff member who served us was a girl called Lauren. She was lovely and welcoming and fantastic customer service skills. Thank you

We visited the store to plan for our upcoming Machu Picchu trip. Admittedly, I am a novice in these preparations, so our visit was to get some ideas.
Lewis was extremely knowledgeable in helping us decide the best hiking material for the trip.

We were met by a lovely young lady (called Amy, we found out later) who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to sort out a problem we had when trying to pick up rucksacks for Triplet Grandsons (so different colours were needed and 1 hadn’t arrived)! Very professional! 🥰

It’s years since I’ve set foot in Go Outdoors but my son is doing his Duke of Edinburgh awards and this prompted us to go in.
The place is huge and has everything you need…..and more!
We were left to look around but when needed help we met a member of staff called Lauren. She’d done her DofE and knew exactly what we needed. She gave great advice and wasn’t at all pushy trying to sell us things we didn’t need.

Overall a brilliant experience and will definitely return ☺️

Excellent advice and service today. Looking for guidance with hiking boots for our daughter who's training for the 3 peaks and Mike was extremely helpful, explaining pros and cons of a wide variety of makes and models. We are experienced ourselves but his knowledge was brilliant, on both boots and socks. Thanks.

Great range of quality products at competitive prices. Only gripe is that often not all sizes are available in the item you like best and you have to choose an alternative just to get the right fit.

Bought a tent with the help of the store manager Richard..sound guy and knowledgeable/helpful. Don't normally leave reviews but special shout out to him. Thanks

Great fully stocked shop when I visited. Matt on the shop floor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Online shopping doesn’t hold a candle to a visit to an actual shop when it comes go outdoors.
