Customer service terrible. A lot of the items are placed under the wrong price labels on the shelves. Ended up buying 2 over priced items, and spent some time confirming the real prices. One lady staf... Voir plus

Fantastic service from Lee!
I had a wonderful experience at this shop. Lee went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike for my son. His customer service was excellent, and he made sure we got exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Aaron helped me to secure the travel…
Aaron helped me to secure the travel bag I needed. After a call, he confirmed they had 1 in stock and put it to one side for me as I was 1h away and had to travel to collect it. Once in the store, he went, collected it and handled it over to me. Happy customer.

Fixed Gears
The Bike365 desk managed by Lee fixed a problem with the gear shift in 15 minutes flat. Something I had been unable to do having messed up the cable and adjustments. I am dead chuffed with the work and results

New Boots!
Just picked up a new pair of walking boots today at the MK store. Great customer service, from the polite & friendly staff and a top tip for lacing my boots that no-one has ever told me before! Excellent, well done to Amanda and Daniele, top marks!

Used click and collect from store for the first time. I was disappointed that delivery to store took 4 days. I probably didn’t read the small print.
