Easy to find, good parking, amazingly large store with many bits of kit open and available to try. Including - chairs, sleeping bags, air mattresses etc. and the tents are fully setup instore and outs... Voir plus

Poor Click and Collect Service
Ordered it on a Monday, 3 - 5 working day delivery, didn't get there on Friday so I rang Customer Service on the 31st of July at approximately 5:30pm. They advised there might be a delay until Tuesday, as the packages were still in transit.
I then check Shopify today (3rd of August), and the items show as ready to pick up. I call Customer Service to check, and the nice individual on the phone tells me they've been ready to pick up since Friday. Was the first advisor lying or couldn't be bothered to check or? Not great service throughout all of this.
I didn’t receive any confirmation email showing it was ready for pick up. I received absolutely nothing. Had I not checked Shopify, I'd not be aware at all.

My first visit and very impressed with store layout and very comprehensive camping equipment availability on site and to finish off excellent service at checkout by Lynn who who was most helpful and gave us a big smile,

Very helpful member of staff on the till. Lynn helped me renew membership to get the member prices. However, Lynn did make by a Mars bar that had "accidently" ended up in my basket. ;))

Great customer service
Big store, well organised and good prices (especially with the Go Outdoors card). I only go to this one even though it’s not the closest Go Outdoors to me. On multiple occasions I’ve been in and Luke has always been extremely helpful and polite.

Nice Staff - Nice Discount
Lynn on the checkout at Milton Keynes was lovely. I was buying a sleeping bag and thought the Go Outdoors discount was pretty amazing, but without prompting, she asked if I was Military or Emergency Services and I told her I was a Military Veteran and I got a further discount. Amazing service… thank you Lynn and thank you Go Outdoors … I will definitely be coming back 🤩
