Ordered online for in store collection. Two items cancelled. Did not receive an email to inform ready to collect. Headed to the store to check and order was there but staff had to search multiple shelves for all the items. Not impressed with the online system.

Served by Brandon, who was very friendly and helpful, i know nothing about shoe's, walking trainer's but he helped me pick out a couple of great pairs for me to try and and helped me with any questions I had, I ended up buying two pair 👍 i will definitely 100% keep an eye 👁 out for Brandon in the store again if i need help with anything 😊

Don't shop online if you can avoid it. Currently you can't use gift card to purchase items on line, their system are not synced through and deliveries go missing without notifications working properly. I have had to contact the customer service line on the phone multiple times. Having being told that I could return items in store to then re-purchase using my gift card was in the end not possible because the refund of the online purchase via paypal would have to be done on the phone withthe customer service team before the in store team could then re-sell me the item and use my gift card. In the end the time this would take was simply not worth the effort and time wasted. Having said that,, the staff themselves where exceptional in dealing with it all, super polite and absolutely lovely to deal with - this is both the telephone customer service team and the in-store staff - credit to them. I will avoid shopping on line through.
