No confirmation email again!
This is the second time I have ordered online in recent weeks and the second time I have not received an email or text to say my order is ready. I have had to leave it a couple of days each time and go in in the hope the order is ready. Both times it was which was good but I'd be extremely annoyed if it wasn't.

Products were great value.
Products were great value.
However, it was the service that stands out. George helped me out to the car as I had a full trolley of camping gear - fine young man for doing that.

Kojo was incredibly patient and helpful…
Kojo was incredibly patient and helpful whilst I tried on virtually every walking boot in the shop! His recommendation was spot on - they fit like a glove and now at home with me! He even delayed his lunch break to finish serving me. Thank you - I wish more retail staff were like this.

Calvin was excellent and knowledgeable
Went in for some fishing tackle for my son. Having not fished for years myself and knowing lots has changed. Calvin was extremely helpful, told me what I needed, but also showed me what to do with it. Will definitely go back when I need more. Thankyou very much

Standout Staff, at a Great Store
We visited Go Outdoors in Deepdale today and we were served by Kojo and Arthur. Kojo was very knowledgable of the products and so helpful when we wanted to try on different boots. Arthur was also very helpful and patient when it came to us applying different discounts, price matches etc.
Great store, great customer service and brilliant staff!

I placed a click and collect order 11…
I placed a click and collect order 11 days ago and it still hasn't arrived in store yet. I have made two visits to the store and have had to buy the items again as I can't wait any longer. I was told two days ago that this would be investigated and that I would receive an e-mail that the purchase would be refunded but haven't received anything as yet.

The whole team are really helpful
The whole team are really helpful. Thank you to Alison who was serving me during a return to swap for a smaller size in an item I had bought the day before.
Alison is lovely to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The store is clean and well laid out with new stocked brands to update their offering.

I visited Go Outdoors Preston a few days ago and received excellent customer service from Alison. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I had purchased several tables, and Alison kindly helped me carry them all the way to my car, which I really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We visited your Preston Deepdale store looking to buy a family tent. We were new to this so welcomed any information that would help us choose the right one for us.
Olly was brilliant!! He had fantastic knowledge of the tents and all things camping. He made our decision so easy choosing the tent we wanted. He also showed us other items for the tent we which we also purchased.
