Supportive help at Pudsey.
I wanted a waterproof jacket from a reputable manufacturer. I didn't want to pay for a top-of-the-range item. I have an issue with a stiff and painful shoulder. I wasn't sure what size would work. Amy B. saw my struggles to find a jacket and came over to help. She was knowledgeable about the items on sale, straightforwardly polite and helpful. She made a potentially shilly-shallying experience easy and useful. Thank you!

Went in and asked a member of staff for…
Went in and asked a member of staff for prices on 2 pairs of working boots. Accepted prices and went to pay. There was then £15 added to the bill unless I payed them £5 for a membership card. I explained I had been given the price by their staff and was not told about any membership card. Will never shop here again and will let anyone I can know about this stealth tax the store are trying to blackmail people into paying at point of sale

Been coming here for a few years now from Halifax - most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and give us good discounts as a scout group (who spend alot of money at the store!). Katie was fab today, as was Kat recently, and John the tents fella. Overall good experience.

I had a very helpfull assistant his name was paul w. He went above and beyond his job role to help me find a fishing rod for my son who wanted a specific type that he managed to put together a full set to oscars likeing whitch never going to be easy 😉 Paul w is an assestt to the company really nice chap thats defanatley knows his stuff giveing him tips plenty of advice ect first time i actually didnt mind shopping with oscar .regards oscar ivan sarah

I went to buy some walking boots and was blown away by Will, my customer advisor. He was so knowledgeable and he gave me some great advice on what style of boots would suit my needs. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything.
