Excellent service
The store is well laid out with an excellent selection of the tents and fridges we were looking for. The staff were amazing. Cara was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and finding out the answers if unsure. Matt was just as friendly and carried all our purchases out to the car.
It’s always a good experience at this store. They’re ace.

Excellent advice and products
Excellent advice and products as I have come to expect. Ian gave me really helpful advice about walking footwear and water bottles and Lisa was very helpful at the till, including acknowledging the limits of her knowledge and getting a colleague. I left feeling very happy
