Found everything we want. Served by Francisco who was incredibly polite and helpful

This is an odd one to review. I found your online ordering very confusing. Numerous texts giving updates . Even an update from DHL and a photo showing my parcel on the rack som. Having never used this service before I didn’t understand that it wasn’t telling me that the package had arrived. Went into store to collect my package and was directed to the back of the store. The man on the collection desk was very helpful explaining that one part didn’t arrive and then said oh it had arrived now. Confusing for him and me. Anyway he was doing a great job until a stout stocky small man came along and was trying to micro manage him. The assistant helping me was doing a fine job and didn’t need this man sticking his nose in. I think you need to address your ordering system better and definitely need to address micro managers. Not a great look.

This was my first visit to Go Outdoors. The shop is well laid out, I easily found what I was looking for. Staff at the tills were polite and friendly, getting my member card was very straightforward. A very positive experience.

Great products and service from Go Outdoors in Swindon. Rob from the fishing department was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a decent range of products to choose from and we were happy with the price we paid for our gear. Will definitely come back again soon. Thank you.

Poppy on the till was really helpful - applying our discount with ease and reminding us about the one year warranty on the waterproof boots we bought. Shop was clean and tidy with a great range of items! Good prices too. Thank you.

Jay was incredibly helpful both with picking up a DPD parcel and being extremely kind and doing some heavy lifting of some horse shavings - I am very grateful for all his help and for his cheerfulness!

Such a wonderful store with everything you could want to embrace life outdoors. All the staff were very friendly and loved petting our dog but in particular our server, Molly, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Helen and Poppy were professional, supportive, courteous with an exceptional customer service. They are the best. Good products.

Great variety of stock for those who enjoy the outdoors, at affordable prices and friendly staff. Amelia on the check out was very friendly and helpful.

All the staff were really friendly and there was a good selection of things on show. Tay was especially helpful for us to find the right tent for camping with our young child.

Michelle was so helpful. She took the time to sort out the online order refund as the receipt could not be printed. Then looked for swimming gloves and various water proof bags . Excellent customer service.

Shopping for walking boots - Darren was very helpful, quick and efficient at serving us and bringing out the shoes, gave us time and space to try the shoes on but did check in the see how it was going and if we needed anything else. Good range of boots to choose from.

Morgan assisted me with an inquiry about a bike rack, and the service was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect rack to suit both my bike and my car. Truly exceptional customer service—10/10. Morgan is a fantastic asset to your team.
