At the lakeside branch I was met by David H, who helped me purchase a pair of hiking boots and insoles. I wanted to take the time out to mention about the two instances that David has helped me. Charlton Thank you for your maintaining am preparing for the extra parts the bike does run smoothly, but there is a slight clicking noise on the gear changing ( chain) which can be fixed next time I'll pop it. Overall I am pleased.

I came in to purchase some new walking…
I came in to purchase some new walking boots a couple of weekends ago, David H approached me within a few minutes of me arriving and showed a brilliant level of knowledge & understanding of the products. Not to mentioned he provided great advice on which insole would be best for the particular boot I was interested in. Fantastic customer service and a credit to the company. Merry Christmas David!
