Worst

I can never log into the app or on-line. It just kick it out every time. I would like to see my information and money I have. They do not even send out statements. I didn't realize I was not getting child support for over 6 months because this system does not work. And why do I need to spend money to use my money such as high ATM fees. Many places won't even take this card.

Worst company ever

The company that maintains this sad excuse for a website should be shut down, have its directors dragged out of their beds late at night and thrown in a cage for the rest of their lives.

There is zero excuse for having a site that never works. This is a financial website in which large numbers of people manage millions of dollars, and it never works. They are committing fraud and need to be prosecuted accordingly. They must have given out bribes to get government contracts.

Trinisha C best customer service rep.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to give a shout out to Ms. Trinisha C at work over at way to go kart. If y’all need some assistance extra to speak to her don’t ask nobody else ask for speak to Ms. Trinisha C best hands-down customer service I had an issue. She figured it out. She resolved it. We got it handled. We moved on prior to getting her on the phone. I spoke with the supervisor who couldn’t even give me any clarification on why my account was locked. The supervisor wasn’t able to give no type of problem solving skills no type of resolutions or anything. It took for me to call back to speak with TrinishaC to get it resolved so if y’all need anything going on with your unemployment card asked to speak to Trinidad C.

0 stars. Card gets declined at almost every location I try to use it at even though I have funds. Customer service continues to tell me it must be glitches at the store systems and refuse to take accountability that it is way2go issue. Customer services is so difficult to get in touch with, and when I do reach them, they are VERY RUDE, no matter how patient I try to be. Even asked to speak to a manager one time, and he was worse than anyone. Not helpful and very condescending. He told me to try the card again another day. That should not have to be an option since the money is mine, and it's very embarrassing to be at checkout and get declined. He also told me I have no idea how a card works or how to use it. I know it's not rocket science, and I am a technogically educated person who works in tech dev. Website will not let me log in (for many months now) and won't even let me reset my password, even after I clear cookies and cache. Won't even let me go past first screen. App crashes as soon as you open it,even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have to call to check balance and I cannot monitor any transactions at all because of the inability to use the site or app. The necessity to use my full social security number to confirm my account is insane and a huge security risk. Comerica and Conduent really needs to fix this. I feel they are holding our money hostage in order to make more for themselves. Such a scam. Wouldn't have this card if child support switched to a different company.

Extremely Frustrating and Unhelpful Experience

My experience with GoProgram has been terrible. I have been unable to register my card or create an account, which means I cannot access the money from my employment pay. This has left me unable to pay bills, buy food, or get gas—at a time when I urgently need these funds. I have received no assistance from GoProgram despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. This situation has caused severe stress and hardship, and I truly wish there was a way to get real help from their support team.

Suggestion: GoProgram should improve their account registration process, ensure their website and systems are reliable, and provide faster, more accessible customer support—especially for people who depend on these funds for essential living expenses.

Way2go card are scammed me along with Google

Way2go card are scammers l went through a horrible ordeal with them somehow the figured out how to steal my NYC unemployment for months. They know that you can't communicate with them.Talk to a human being that is deliberately done so they can be sheisty and steal your money.Theives i see California recently won a class action suit against them.The same exact thing is happening here.I have enlisted in an attorney's help to solve this issue. If you have this card , get rid of it immediately or you'll be next , they have it set up even with google to keep your money and blame you that you started an account that you never authorized.Lost $2,140 after a claim only received $540.00. Against my normal feelings , I called the department of homeland security -ice police and directed them to that company that may have illegal immigrants , filtering money from unsuspecting claimants like myself. I hope they run into their offices and arrest People who don't belong here stealing federal money. The office in brooklyn were absolutely no help did nothing to protect my money and didn't care. I definitely changed my account to my Wells Fargo.If you have that card , get rid of it immediately or you'll be sorry.

I was sent a way2go card without even…

I was sent a way2go card without even asking for one? I am trying to find a live person to talk to, this is a big NO!!! I have not had a case since 2009 and it was closed in 2009 for child support. Why send me a card after 14 years, have I been compromised or hacked. I won't know because I CANNOT TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!!!!!!! I have called this number for 3 days straight thinking someone filed for services with my information.

I call the number and it says I have…

I call the number and it says I have 604 dollars, I try to withdraw 604 and it gets declined. There is no way to access any representative to find out what the problem is and how to resolve it. I've tried using the 0000 trick on the phone and it doesn't work. Logging into the website keeps taking me back to the home screen. It seems to me that they are stealing my money.

scammed by fees

Call customer service and ask them why I’m being charged to take my money out of network ATM. They told me there are no role in network ATM so I’d have to pull it from the bank. I asked where the bank was and they said there are none in your state, you have to go to the Mobile bank that set up, which is two states away.. anywhere anywhere I go to pull out anything for Mastercard I get charged $3.50 every time I do so I called them and they said basically there are no network ATMs. This entire company is scamming people out of their money.

Worse customer service ever

Worse customer service ever. There is not a person to talk to using the customer service number on the card. And the State of Oklahoma uses this program for Tax refunds. Cannot get the card activated. Cannot get a human to help.

If the issue cannot be addressed using one of the prompts, the voice literally says "goodbye" and hangs up. I have spent 5 hours so far calling the number going thru every single phone prompt. Never did get a human being. The goprogram help page directs to use the customer service number on the card. There is NO customer service.

Tennessee Go Way2go card sucks. The automated Customer service line sucks. You can't speak with anyone live. I've tried every number. Every option. No live person. Just trash when you really need it!!!

Way2Go debit card is a nightmare, a joke and inefficient

Way2Go debit card is issued by Comerica Bank and managed by Conduen. Dealing with them has been a nightmare! I tried xfering funds to my bank using their app. The system kept denying saying my bank is invalid. I inputted my account info correctly. I was just hung up on by customer service because the rep didn’t want to address my questions including her name or manager. It took me an hour to get a person. I had to repeatedly put n bogus PIN 4 TIMES to get a person!? They said I had to email copies of my drivers license and bank statements. I never asked for this card. After speaking with Maryland Child Support office they pointed me to signing up for direct deposit. That only took 5 minutes. Why do governments continue using Comerica Bank and Conduen??? The whole system is a joke! I wish I could give zero stars

The app has never worked

The app has never worked. It says to go to goprogram.com. Then the website only works sometimes. It hasn't worked at all for 3 weeks now and it's very inconvenient. I just want to check my balance without having to call the 1-800 # and go through the automated process, which is SUPER annoying. You're forced to listen to long-winded info before being given menu options. And not just at the beginning of the call but after each menu selection 🫩

Horrible

Horrible. Cannot access website to see transactions and balance history. Most purchases say pending and then I will see the transaction amount after that one. Did I get charged twice? Hard to know when you can't see balances. No customer support at all.

This is the absolutely WORST financial…

This is the absolutely WORST financial platform imaginable! I thought it was just me but decided to find reviews. Jesus, plz take the wheel because it should not be this hard to just LOG IN. I have cleared my cache, closed and reopened the browser, tried it on a different device altogether, attempted to sign up again to create a new username and password, etc. And, get this, if your transaction is declined, they will charge you a fee of $0.50 per transaction...even though you can't check the balance and gotta play Russian Roulette at the register. You literally have to call the phone number on the back of the card to get your balance. This sh*t is not the way2go, bro! And, yes I have asked to change my direct deposit to my actual Bank several times but looks like that will take an act of Congress.
