This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. My card just stopped working , all transactions were denied . App and website were useless as well as customer support. Had to 0000 my way through all of the prompts just to speak to someone. After explaining the situation a second time , I was told that I would need a new card but that I could expedite it for $15.....and there was no issue with that transaction going through......I dont know if I'll get it.

Horrible The ABSOLUTE WORST!

Horrible! Cannot access website 99% of the time. Submitted an ACH transfer that had to be verified. It was and funds were taken from my account. Assuming it would go to my checking account, it did not. Four days after being taken from my account, the funds were re deposited into my account. No transfer. Cannot hear very well nor understand the human on the phone who was not helpful at all. Worst payment processing company I have ever dealt with.

Unable to log in, No assistance from W2G or Conduent

Unable to log in (correct credentials, cleared cache, new browsers, etc.), and when I finally found a human on their phone line, he stated there was no way to contact customer service and that he would put in a ticket and someone should get in contact within 10 business days. I even called Conduent who is in charge of the program, and their customer service recording stated that no customer service representatives are available then disconnected.

They stealing the money not paying attention lying my money said its on the card and they called and informed me the money on the card and im telling them they are not listening shitty card and incompetent people nj child support do better they have a 1 star rating eppi card way better the money was deposited and i have proff fraud fraud account

Horrible program

A one star is NOT accurate This is The Most frustrating and fraudulent experience ever. There has to be some sort of sick strategy to keep people’s money for their own advantage. It’s literally criminal

On hold now 4 hours with the fraud…

On hold now 4 hours with the fraud department in which they keep putting back in the Que to speak to another agent as I am requesting a supervisor. They have screwed me so bad I could cry, right now and just need my card unblocked so I can pay my rent so me and my son won’t be evicted. He is 8 years old and I am a single father. They are holding up my funds we are now going into day 9 I’ve sent my social card birth certificate drivers license lease and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the AG and will seek damages in court. We are definitely far from done with this matter. I have as of a week ago switch my deposit to go to my regular bank account and have had 2 payments from Unemployment go into my account already no issue. They are blocking me from my $2360.35 on this debit card!!!!!!! They will pay more then that EDD AND WAY2GO is in this scam together

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. Had my money stolen then they wouldn't look into stopping the charges even though I called them while they were still pending. Phone line keeps hanging up on me for days. I haven't been allowed online access for weeks. Someone called and ordered a replacement card on October 8th, but I can't even reach anyone to see if the rest of my money that hasn't been stolen is going to the right address. Put your money on your own debit card!

Wish I could give them a zero

Wish I could give them a zero. This is an in your face scam. They are thrives who hold the money of your precious children hostage. It is disgraceful and I hope this gets looked into and they get their asses handed to them in a lawsuit, and then they can burn is the deepest depths of hell.

Nothing but problems

Nothing but problems. I can’t even get statements because it says “unavailable”. They will not change my address no matter how many times I calll them so I have no card and can’t get another one since they can only send it to my old address where I haven’t lived in 7 years.

If I could give them a zero. I would. The worse customer service. They transfer you to get you off the phone and you will be on hold thinking you are waiting on a supervisor. They Hang up in your face. They hold your money.

Fraudulent and no communication !

The actions and behavior of this bank or platform are negligent and fraudulent , actually criminal. They “lose” deposits from the paying parties so funds are not available.
They are mostly unreachable by phone and email to discuss any issues. It is inexcusable that the government is allowing this service to continue. Many single parents who depend on these funds are suffering because of this.
How is it they are getting away with this.
If you are reading this and experiencing these problems, please report it to your local States Attorney. It needs to be addressed with the Department of Child Support !!

Inaccessible funds

This card is an absolute joke. The chip never worked properly on it. The only way I could ever withdraw money was with a purchase and even then it sometimes doesn't go through even though funds are available. It's a joke and a scam many states and Mastercard should be ashamed of. My money is tied up in their politics!

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I got a deposit for the first time in two years and some how they were able to take my money off. Can you say inside job??? This company needs to be shutdown immediately.

and the Customer service people are so rude They should not.
Be in charge of government funds being deposited.

Child support Milwaukee.Wisconsin needs to go with a different company.This is terrible And your On HOLD waiting for somebody to answer for 30 to 45 minutes Every time I call their customer service For anything those people need to be fired.

EPPICARD Was top tear never any ISSUE I pray everyday they go back That company.
