Really not impressed with go simply
Really not impressed with go simply. I emailed them with an order for parking. I paid them, they gave me an order number. They advised that they would send me a confirmation.
No confirmation arrived. I also sent them 3 further emails, chasing my confirmation.
I contacted the actual parking venue, who advised me that they had received the booking but via another supplier.
I don’t think I will use this company again.

Very straightforward booking
Very straightforward booking. Only could have been clearer on second page of booking when clicked on booking with Reevo. First page indicates mainly serve T4 and T5 at Heathrow but will cover All terminals. When booking on second page it says Only T4 and T5

Maybe some signs around Paisley town centre would be helpful.

I have used gosimply.com for several years
I have used gosimply.com for several years using their APH provider. I have always been very happy with the ease of booking and the collection and re-delivery of my car. I would recommend them to all and their APH partners.

Nightmare
I am having a complete nightmare with gosimply. I booked car parking through them last week and was charged but never received a confirmatory email. So I filled in the contact form on their website 4 days ago but have had no response. They have no telephone number or email address (I have searched everywhere). I called the car parking company they booked for me but they can't send me any emails directly. I'm really worried that I'm not going to have any car parking as I'm not even going to know where to go!!!
I can't put my booking reference on this review as I don't have it!
