Good value
A very efficient service. Bought mine as came with the now fairly hard to find dvd drive. For the money paid, I am very satisfied and would return as a customer.
Unfortunately 6 months down the line, despite all efforts made, it's slower than a garden snail!

Excellent refurbished laptop
Excellent refurbished laptop. With the added extra of a SSD it is very fast. Requested Key Codes for the Windows and Office software in case I needed to re-install. These were provided by return.
