The service was quick. But I found The Warehouse sold a similar product (Basketball backboard) under a different brand name (3SixFive) for much cheaper $90.

However after the second night sleeping on it the bed started to deflate. Really annoyed about that. By the time we woke up it was flat on the ground. I cant even tell where the slow leak is coming from. Really disapointed.

When ordering the table
When ordering the table, I precisely looked at delivery times. It was 1-3 business days. It was crucial to me to get the order in time. It’s been 6 days already and I don’t know how much more should I way, since the phone of delivery company is out of service.

I dont recommend!
I didn't recommend! Products don't work and if you want a replacement you have to send it back yourself, wait for a team to decide if it's faulty or not and then wait even longer for a refund! I bought a exercise bike that has no resistance and the digital display turns on and off and that's it! There customer service is poor. I advise not to deal with this company! They work through Dick Smith and The Market.

Sent me the wrong colour table twice
Sent me the wrong colour table, TWICE, and instead of refunding me and delivering the right one, they want me to drive to their warehouse and pick it up myself after I’ve paid them twice to deliver and had my emails ignored ???? Horrible service.

I bought a Make-up trolley, after it was delivered, I unpacked it to find it damaged. Not their fault, assuming it was the courier service.
However, I requested for a replacement and they emailed back saying the damage will not impact on the products use. I wrote, saying I didn’t pay for a damaged product and requested for a replacement again. They replied by writing that they will refund my money and to send their product back once I receive the return printout.
For the third time I requested a replacement not a refund, they replied by writing they will send a replacement. In the end, the Company refunded my money instead, ignoring my request. Not very impressed with their service.

Effortless delivery. I ordered a table and the item I received looked exactly like the picture that was posted on the website. They sent me emails of the invoice and when the item was being dispatched. I was skeptical as I have never heard of this website before, but it all turned out good.
