Support is not helpful, product info inaccurate
I ordered a blender gasket/seal and it says it the description its for my blender's model and it turned out to be the wrong one. They have to make sure they put the right info on the product! Support wasn't very helpful either!

The mincer plates were rusted. Manufacturers could have done bit of polling before packaging. Not sellers fault. Product is good had a trial machines works good.
