The phone was good and sturdy but I…
The phone was good and sturdy but I have to keep the handset ringer off as if it is on the phone cuts out. Would have send it back only that I had spend a hour putting all my contact numbers in and could not be bothered having to redo them again when the phone was replaced. So have to make sure I out the handset back on the base when I'm not using it.

Delivery was confusing but ok…
Delivery was supposed to be Thursday but did not come. Changed to Saturday- but then goods arrived Friday 🤷♂️. But goods were put in safe place as arranged so not too bad if a little confusing.

The phones have limited range causing…
The phones have limited range causing call drop outs and poor quality audio - less than the range of the Panasonic units they were bought to replace.
However, Greenbox have been in contact with me to offer advice on how to overcome the problems , and a full refund if I wish to return the handsets .
